Amazing!!! I live out of town and picked this florist out of a hat to deliver flowers to my sister on her 21st birthday. Long story short my mom and I are from Idaho and she was married in Springfield Missouri on Saturday. I called the shop on Saturday morning an hour and a half before my mother walk down the aisle and they were still able to get her a beautiful flawless Boquet to the church to her before she walked on the aisle it was amazing service. I cannot rave enough about the customized service I received not to mention how quick the phone call to the payment to the delivery process way. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you.

House of Flowers did a great job with our wedding flowers! They really know what they are talking about. I don't know much about flowers, so I brought in some reference images and showed them and they started listing off all of the different flowers and greenery that was in my reference photo. They also worked with us in order to make our purchase the most economical. They wanted us to have the most flowers for the least amount of money, and they helped us do that. The day of the wedding, my grandpa went to pick up the flowers and he didn't have room in his truck for all of them, so he was going to have to make a second trip, when they saw that they told him not to worry about it and that they would then deliver the flowers for us (which is something they don't normally do). My bouquet was BEAUTIFUL and I was very happy with all of the flowers we ordered. They also threw in some extra boutonnieres and corsages in case we forgot some. I am so happy with my experience with them, and highly recommend you use them for your wedding!

Stargazer lily are my favorite flower I have been in hospital for almost two weeks and it's been through Christmas. When I received the flowers they were already in full bloom n dead by next day. I plan on calling to see if they plan on replacing the arrangement with fresh lilies. At last, I know firsthand they can last weeks not happy with the look of the arrangement no form at all. Was surprised to get them just unhappy knowing how much they cost.

I live in Alaska, but I always try to order flowers for my Mom in Springfield for holidays. I forgot to order ahead for Valentine's day, but found this shop online. Not only did they take in my order and get it delivered that day, they did it in an hour! Super pretty flowers, the arrangements are beautiful (she sent me pictures) and they're fast! It was my partner's mother's 75th birthday. A surprise party - so we didn't know what she'd be wearing, what she might like, only that we wanted her to have a corsage for her special day. The HOF designers came up with a beautiful wrist corsage of small white roses and hints of pink minoleum - delicate and beautiful. When we gave it to her, her eyes went wide and she said, "OH....not since my high school prom...." A home-run hit! So if you're as clueless and help-impaired as I was, trust your needs to Donaven and House of Flowers.

Very expensive. They did not make sure the flowers were sent to the gravesite as we instructed. The $350 arrangement we purchased was not there when we checked, so we had to call the funeral home who had to track them down. An "estranged" family member took them home!! They were notified and did return the flowers, however we should not have had to go through all of that.

I have too many good things to say about House of Flowers. Firstly, my mother retired today and had a large retirement party. I live in Portland, Oregon and completely forgot about the time difference so I was late ordering flowers. I called House of Flowers and they told me the AMAZING price of the bouquet AND that they could have the flowers delivered within an hour. (At this point I was overjoyed!) Both the woman and man that I spoke to over the phone were extremely friendly and really cared about their business. You know how you can tell if someone is smiling over the phone? Well, I could tell they were speaking to me genuinely and they assured me that my flowers would be lovely.This made ordering over the phone incredibly pain-free. With all of that said, my mother called me after her party and said the flowers were so beautiful that she couldn't even read the card out loud she was so touched. Thank you House of Flowers for making this experience so easy and worth it! I highly recommend this company. Not only are the prices great, but the quality is beyond what I had expected.

I'm always kind of nervous when I feel my wife deserves a nice bouquet that didn't come from Walmart. I usually walk into a place and don't even know where to start. Most places I've been look like everything on the racks has already been spoken for and there's no "just plain ole' flowers" on display to buy a-la carte. So I never know what's going on at this point. Well this was a different experience in the best way. I had barely enough time to have a decent look around when Michelle showed up to solve my problems, which she did. She knew everything about my questions and she even let me go inside the cooler in the back so I could see which flowers I could choose for my arrangement. (I was really trying to be thoughtful with this bouquet) I told her what I wanted and she gave me suggestions to easily make it happen. It was so easy compared to my previous florist experiences. I don't know if anybody else has this problem or if it's just me. I know, a bouquet is a bouquet and flowers are just flowers but I had a really great experience, it wasn't just the perfect bouquet it was the genuine fantastic treatment of a customer with an out of the box order. Thanks Michelle, my wife absolutely loved it when I walked into her job with those beautiful spray roses in my hand for her. Oh yeah one last thing to add to the end of my novel here, not everybody might know this but servers and bartenders aren't the only service industry people who accept tips. If anybody out there performs a service for you, and I don't mean somebody who just hands you change out of a cash register, I mean delivery drivers, taxi cabs, laborers, cable guys, florists! etc, please consider showing them some love if they earned it! It's not hard and sometimes the smallest kind gesture can change the course of your entire day and it'll definitely change theirs as well.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I called at 3:00 PM and they had flowers delivered to the hospital within an hour and NO DELIVERY FEE. Most places charge you up to 10.00 for a delivery fee, and they were so nice and professional. Keep up the good work !
