My sister was really down and was not having a good birthday, so I told the lady I spoke with, I wanted something cheerful with Daisy's. She was extremely surprised and as she said "it put a smile on her soul"....thank you for quickly filling my order and getting to her today and making her day!

Hazel's Flowers has been incredibly kind to us. My wife ordered flowers today for her mom, aunt, and grandmother from Hazel's because her grandfather passed away suddenly. We live 18 hours away and Hazel's was so helpful when she ordered flowers earlier this year for her grandmother. We really needed a reliable company to trust the flowers with because we live so far away. Even though there are lots of flower shops in the Springfield area, this one is our choice. When they delivered the flowers to my wife's grandmother, she wasn't home because she was making funeral arrangements. The delivery man called and was very kind to my wife and also about the situation. He said he didn't want to leave the flowers outside because it was supposed to get over 80 degrees and he didn't want them to wilt, which was very thoughtful. My wife gave him contact information and he was able to deliver the flowers to a neighbor who gave them to our grandmother when she got home. Also, my wife's mother told us the ones sent to her apartment were the most fragrant and beautiful flowers she'd ever seen. Her aunt and grandmother loved their flowers as well. Everything is so thoughtfully done: handwritten cards and photos taken of the flowers before they are sent. It made my wife feel closer to home. Also, they did an outstanding job following all my wife's instructions about how to separate the flowers for the different recipients. We would highly recommend them.

Words will not be able to convey how awesome Hazel’s is! They are professional, compassionate, and go above & beyond for their customers. Everyone there is amazing and very helpful! We worked with Autumn the most and couldn’t love her more! She listened to our every want and helped us navigate through our floral journey. She helped prevent a couple last minute disasters from happening, and even though it was her day off, she was more than willing to accommodate us with a last minute order the morning of the wedding. I highly recommend the DIY! We had a blast making the centerpieces for the reception and the boutonnières. We were a little nervous about doing it, but everything turned out beautiful! Hazel’s has found some new forever customers in us, as we will not hesitate to call on them for all our florist needs!

We have relied upon Hazel’s for numerous occasions and have always been pleased with their creativity and kindness. Most recently they provided a 93rd birthday arrangement for my mother, a St. Louis Cardinals fan. They delivered a beautiful arrangement of a variety of red and white flowers that included two red-feathered Cardinals. Five days later, it remains beautiful and enjoyed by Mom.

One of my favorite places in the entire world. The owners are the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met. Jeff knows anything you could need to know about plants and how to care for them, and I've never walked away unhappy. They even guarantee their plants, so if you're as bad at taking care of them as I am they'll replace your dead plant for free. I genuinely love this place and these people, and cannot recommend them highly enough.

The flowers were beautiful! I actually got a picture from the florist before they sent them and a notification after they were sent. I really appreciated that being 18 hours away. Also, they handwrote the note to my grandmother, which was an extremely nice touch! I felt like I was the closest to her I could be living so far away and she loved them and raved about them in photos!!! :)

I came into the shop not knowing exactly what to expect; I was looking for new houseplants, and just assumed from the Boston ferns hanging out front that they carried at least some. I'm so glad I stopped by, my experience was fantastic! This is a type of shop that we don't see often around here. Part "flower shop," part plant shop. They offer floral arrangements and stems, obviously, but the front portion of the shop is mostly plants, succulents and everything you'd need for their care and display. They even carry river rocks with holes in them (hagstones) for planting succulents! I saw varieties of ferns, succulents, cacti, you name it, even driftwood. The woman working the shop was super friendly, spoke to me like I was one of her close friends, not somebody she'd never met! :) I bought a few small houseplants to re-pot, and asked if they had any Jade plants. She told me they do, and asked if I wanted to take a cutting to replant! How thoughtful, I was so grateful. She welcomed me to bring back anything that doesn't grow or work out. This shop is so unique and charming, with fantastic service. It's going in my mental "personal referral" Rolodex!

HORRIBLE!! Ordered and paid for corsage and boutonniere 2 weeks before prom. Even took a picture of what I ordered. Ask for it to be ready at noon on Friday; even called the day before to confirm a noon pickup. I got there at noon and they did not have the order. A tall man (Jerry) acted irratated and even asked me if I was sure I ordered. I explained I paid 56$ two weeks ago and even called yesterday. Shelly couldnt find it. Then brings out this wilted corsage and tried to say this it. They tried to cover up the mistake. I was livid. They did refund me...(after charging me AGAIN) I think Hazel Flowers takes on more business than they can handle. Recommend Linda's Flowers in Springfield.

Ordered some flowers for my mothers 90th birthday to be delivered since I live far from her. Wanted to use someone local because I have had problems with these flower websites. Mom called and was thrilled. She said they were beautiful and she noticed it was her local flower shop. I also liked the fact Hazels sent me a picture of the arrangement before they sent it to her. I ordered flowers over the phone to be delivered to a funeral because I don't live in that town. I told the lady I didn't want to spend more than $40 or $45 and I wanted something nice. I have never had a problem anywhere else when I give these instructions. The arrangement looked like a $25 arrangement of carnations... they did get the colors right but other than that it looked cheep. I was disappointed and embarrassed. My card was charged $55!! I will never use this place again!

I received several live plants after a family funeral, 3 of which came from Hazel's. It's been about 5 months and all three of the plants from there have died while the ones from other florists are flourishing. I am no master gardener but a 100% die rate of the plants from there tell me that something is wrong with the quality of their stock. I wont be using Hazels again.

My husband works out of town and our anniversary was coming up, he contacted his parents to order the flowers for him. They thought to support local business and use Hazel's flowers. They had 3 different contact numbers mine being one of them but to not to call my number because this was a surprise. I received a phone call from this business to tell me they had flowers to deliver to me. way to ruin the surprise. They delivered the flowers, a dozen roses for $80.50 and they WERE beautiful. I noticed some of the flowers were brown around the edges but it didn't bother me. I woke up today and the flowers looked as if they were dying. Not even 24 hours after receiving them. needless to say I took them back. The workers were very snotty about it and talked loudly about how they didn't understand why I was upset. I was getting very angry about the situation to be talked to and about like that. When she finally quit talking so rudely to me she brought me a vase of flowers that looked like my 2 year old threw in a vase and were about 6-8 inches shorter then the ones I received the day before. I understand florist are expensive but when you pay $80 for flowers you expect them to look nice and stay nice for a minimum of 48 hours. I have used Hazel's previously and I was satisfied but all it takes is one bad experience and its done. and after the quality of the flowers and customer experience I will NEVER use hazel's flowers again.
