Very friendly service, I called my order in and it was fast. The employee on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Good prices for the quantity and my girlfriend loved them. They were delivered quickly. The arrangement was perfect. Griffen's gets 5 stars will return.

I wanted to send my cousin a special and unique arrangement for her 16th birthday... boy did Griffen's deliver! I only offered a few descriptors: bold and punk-rock-like, with vibrant purples, orange and hot pink--no woven baskets or pale pink. What they kindly delivered was incredible arrangement cooler than I could have imagined, and my cousin loved it! Thank you, Griffen's! You guys rock!! Customer for life!

While the staff was very friendly, I was a little upset when the delivered a boquet of roses and didn't remove the protective wrapping after delivery. This could have been remedied by placing the card on the outside. But instead they left it buried under the wrapping

I grew up in Hannibal but now live out of town. I have recently have had many reasons to send flowers to my friends and family still in Hannibal and have been using Griffen's. Just this morning, I put in an order about 8am for a family member in the hospital and by 1030am they had them delivered!!! Amazing. Thank you Griffen's for helping me send my love although I am far away.

I called Griffins knowing they have been in business in Hannibal.for years and years . Knowing it was a day before mother days I was trying to get flowers to my brother in laws funeral at 2:00 in my absence of going. Thier service was beyond belief and they took care of the arrangement and got it to the funeral before the service.. .we had looked on line to sending flowers but flowers but it wouldn't have gotten there till the 10th.. Always go local .Goggle a florist in that area .But thank you Griffins flower florist for the excellent service and taking care in a timely matter.. THANK YOU CECILIA ADAMS

I live out of town. I ordered a bouquet for a wedding happening in Hannibal from the town I live in. I was so disappointed when I saw them. I thought I was stuck and would have this hideous bouquet for my wedding. I decided to stop into Griffin's to see if they could help. Tami was so AMAZING and helpful. She made me feel at ease with the situation. I told her what I wanted and left the flowers with her overnight. When I came back on my wedding day she had definitely SAVED THE DAY!!!! My bouquet was gorgeous. It was EXACTLY what I wanted! I will forever get flowers from here. Even if I have to drive 2 hours to pick them up! Friendly staff and amazing service! Thank you so much!!!
