I shop here for most of my shopping! The staff are the best in the area!!! I can't say enough about them. The store is well organized and we'll kept, and they price match! Some of their prices are a little steep, but like I said... they do price match so be sure to bring those store ads with you!!!

I hate this store. It is stuffed literally to the brim with aisle blocking displays. You cannot get through that store without having to maneuver around someone or something. They force traffic to the right, which is irritating if you just want to pick up some milk and eggs. And their register layout is so dumb. The cashiers stand in the aisle with you and you have to back up to the beginning to use their CC machine, often forcing the next customer to back up while trapping the cashier. I can't even with Country Mart. Go to Harter House and have a nice day instead.

If you shop carefully you can find good deals, but many overpriced items. Every time I stop in here the thing that always stands out is lack of customer service. No one smiles, and the staff and cashiers are not friendly. I've shopped here a few times for quick pickup items on my way home and the staff is always the same! Miserable.

On 12-14 I went to order flowers for my parents anniversary. I was told they may not have what I requested because I just can't come be bopping in to make last minute orders. The flower clerk said she'd have to count the flowers so she went into the cooler and counted. She came back stating I was lucky she had just that amount. She seemed very aggravated that I had even come in. If I hadn't needed to go to work after placing my order I would have gone elsewhere! When my mom received the flowers some of the white carnations were wilted at the edges. Very disappointed in the service and quality I received this time. It's usually superb!!!

Very friendly customer service. I had to get a refund for Silver Dollar City tickets after I discovered they have an anti-gun policy. SDC was once a great place to go, but their anti 2nd amendment policies have soured me on going there anymore. Had planned to spend the day there with the family, but went to Titanic and Butterfly museums instead and had a great time.

They have good prices on groceries, especially if you sale watch...but the store itself leaves things a little...hmmm...lacking. It is dated & it looks it. They keep it fairly clean and the employees are great but all the same you leave the store humming songs from the 90's because you're fairly sure that's when it was built and last renovated.

Dirty store & unfriendly staff. I asked a simple question about script on a pre-made sheet cake. The man in the bakery told me I was never going to get anyone to do that on less than 24 hr notice. My cashier was erratic & yelling at her fellow cashier to answer her questions on produce codes.

This is the place to get discounted tickets to the amusement park. Tickets are cheap, but only good for Thursdays. Photo-sensitive paper, so avoid strong lights or sunlight. No refunds; no reissues.

I have shopped here for many many years. The staff is amazing, selection as big as any grocery store. The prices aren't more expensive than say Walmart, but I have and will continue to drive out of my way to avoid walmart! Been buying my groceries here sense moving to Branson ,but today when went the help didn't seem to no what was going on you would ask about something that was, on sale and they would shake there head.I got to checkout there was a little Mexican lady checking people out but was to busy talking to her to her husband or boyfriend to wait on anyone so she sent us over to the lady at the smoking check out .I could understand if she was busy but she was not. I told the nice lady at the smoking counter .I was a manager before I retired that woman would not have a job customers are suppose to be first.

The bakery dept excels in their cake decorating. The staff obviously love their work. We tried the carrot cake and it was good, the only item I can review. We bought their meatballs from the deli and added sauce and pasta and they were delicious. Highly recommend them. Prices are good. Cleanliness ok. Staff helpful but the men are really in need of haircuts and a wardrobe upgrades. I would return to this store.
