I live in kansas city MO and my mom lives in brandon i ordered her fliwers for her birthday and she LOVED them it wasnt the arrangement we ordered but i imagine they we just short stocked due to my moms birthday being 2 days after valentines day. Overall theyre awesome. Good prices and even if they dont have what you want whoever gets the flowers will still love them ill be using them from now on.

The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and was able to make an arrangement on an easel within 30 minutes. She was friendly, curtious, and had excellent customer service. The arrangement was stunning.

I ordered an arrangement for my grandfather's funeral in behalf of his grandchildren. Upon arrival at the funeral home, the spray had wilted flowers and the whole arrangement just looked droopy and not pleasing to look at. I took pictures for my records. I'm not sure when the arrangement was made or delivered, but it's obvious that no one from Whitley's communicated with the funeral home as noted in Whitley's delivery policy to ensure that the arrangement is fresh for the viewing and service. I'm actually afraid to see what it will look like tomorrow morning when I arrive at the funeral service. During a time like this, families are depending on your company to do your best work for their deceased loved ones. I am very happy that I had the foresight to order an additional floral arrangement from another company. I will NOT be using this florist ever again and I advise others to think before using them as well. I wish I would've read the reviews on here before I wasted my family's money.

These people take their jobs so seriously and it shows. They made some incredible arrangements for my dad's service. They even arranged them for me at the service. The only issue I had was with their computer system. I had several people unable to get arrangements due to the fact that they didn't have a "file" for my dad's service. It was incredibly confusing for distant relatives. I guess everything happens for a reason though.

I was trying to send a family member flowers through the gift shop at UMC. I tried several times over 4 hours with no answer. I decided to call Whitley’s and I’m so glad I did. The gentleman that answered the phone was friendly and professional. I told him how much I wanted to spend and what I needed. It was delivered within a couple hours of placing the order. The arrangement was amazing and twice the size of what I would have gotten for the same price through the gift shop.

I placed an order with Whitley's on Wednesday night for a delivery today (Friday). It is for my niece who graduates from high school tonight. Their prices and selection were ok, not the best. But they were at least local to the Jackson metro area which made me feel somewhat more comfortable. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for her with balloons. The flowers were delivered earlier today, but the balloons were not included. Not a big deal, I thought. I can just give them a call and they can credit me the $6+tax for that portion of the order. Well.... that is proving to be more difficult than I'd imagined. First of all, their phone line has been busy for the better part of the last hour. When I finally got through, I spoke to a gentleman who answered and told him about the missing balloons. He placed me on hold to check on the order. That was about 15 minutes ago and counting. I am still waiting......... And waiting..... I can hear other voices in the background. I am not sure if he forgot about their caller, but this is rather annoying. I'll give it a few minutes more (since I have a patient checking in for an appointment with me soon) and if there is no resolution, I will take it up with bank/debit card and just dispute + reissue the charge. That would be faster at this point. Probably won't order from them again.

I live 5 hours away and had ordered an arrangement for a family member who just had a baby. I referenced two arrangements from Whitley's website and spoke in detail about the arrangement with a female staff member. Specifically noting that I did not want gerber daisies, as she suggested, but preferred roses. I was clear that I wanted to spend no more than $100 total. I was assured that was reasonable given the type of arrangement I was ordering was typically $60-$70. Well, the bill was $118 and the arrangement was small, tacky, nothing similar to the two referenced, and had plenty of pink gerber daisies. Save yourself disappointment and embarrassment and AVOID using this florist. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had.

Tried to use a large online florist company and got screwed…I called Whitley’s Florist late in the day and was able to get same day delivery for MUCH less than the box store florist. Great customer service, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I’ll be using Whitley’s Florist going forward…support your local family owned company!!

Called from out of state and ordered a modest bouquet of designer's choice (rather than pick a standard online image) to be delivered to my Grandmother getting breathing treatments at St. Dominics. Got same day delivery (actually just a couple hours later my Grandmother called to tell me she got them!), was hand delivered by the gentleman who designed them (owner?), and he made sure they contained flowers that were not scented in case that might exacerbate her COPD. This kind of personal service and attention to detail is why I support local florists and respect their artistry. My Grandmother sent a photo of herself and the flowers to me and they, indeed, looked beautiful and cheerful. Thank you, Whitley's!!

Over the past couple of years, I have used this florist. My mom stays in Jackson, MS and I stay in Atlanta, GA. I have called with "day of" deliveries as well as advanced orders and they always take care of business. Since I have been using them on and off, I can say that they are really good and I like the work that they do. I think that I am going to use them for now on when sending mom flowers.

When i called to order flowers for my wife no one answered the phone and this was during regular hours too. I tried back and a woman finally answered who talked like she didn't know what day it was and kept asking me to repeat my order. i finally hung up in frustration. I do not recommend.
