I ordered Valentine's day flowers at 9:45 am. At 5:39 pm I called and was guaranteed she was in this area and would be here in 30 mins. At 7:15 pm, I called back and was told the lady in Clarke county got lost and one had a wreck. It is 7:32 pm and nothing. I have spent over $750 with this florist this year, but never again. They show up at 7:48 pm and looks nothing like the picture. Some of the flowers a little wilted.

I sent my stepson a balloon bouquet, teddy bear, and an assortment of different candy for his birthday. The arrangement was beautiful. I ordered this by noon and they delivered it that same day in such a short notice. The pricing was awesome...i was very satisfied...i called this order in from the gulf coast. My stepson and I were very satisfied.....

Absolutely phenomenal!!! I just received two giant flower arrangements, a wonderful gift basket, large teddy bear, and a ton of balloons, and everything was just beautiful, so lovingly arranged, all the fruit is so fresh, the cookies were gourmet.... yes, were, because I already ate them :D Just absolutely wonderful! And the flowers are huge and gorgeous! And the lady who delivered them was so nice and sweet. I have ordered flowers and received them before and this has got to be the best place ever! Definitely recommend it!!!

I have never put a bad review on a business before, but feel it’s necessary this time. I ordered a funeral piece and have never been so embarrassed and disappointed as when I saw what was delivered. We are from out of town, and don’t know if they thought we might not see it, so they just did whatever; but I was totally disgusted. We paid 80+ dollars for something that looked like it may have cost 20, at the most. The only reason it gets one star is because the tapestry was decent looking. I will never order from them again and don’t recommend anyone else use them.

They were to deliver a valentines day arrangement and it never came. They had a 4.5 hour window in which they could deliver but never did. When a business advertises delivery that's exactly what a customer would expect. Refund will be given and business lost. Thanks saxons
