My experience overall was terrible. First off, business hours are listed to open at 10:00am. I called after 11:00am. The lady answered the telephone very rude stating “ I’m driving I haven’t made it to the shop yet. I can’t check your order.” I should have ran but I try to support business from my home city. Secondly, she told me that it wasn’t a guarantee that the arrangement will arrive at the funeral home during visitation hours. Thirdly, I tried to reach out for confirmation via telephone and text about when the arrangement will arrive. She didn’t return my call nor text message. And last but not least, I ordered a standing spray. The family received a vase of flowers. I called but no one answered the telephone.
