Wonderful Experience! When I called from St. Louis, I wanted to send my Daughter a Valentine's Bouquet. Based on my request, the lady looked around the shop and found the perfect hot pink vase. She described the vase as well as the flowers which would be delivered. I was excited for my Daughter to receive it. The next day, when I called to check on delivery, the lady, who answered, explained that they had already delivered, but accidently failed to deliver the right vase. So, they created another bouquet in my selected vase and delivered a second delivery to my Daughter's dorm. And, my Daughter was enthralled with the beautiful bouquet in the perfect vase and a second bouquet to boot. Thanks to this conscientious florist!

Gift paid for not delivered! In November I purchased a shower gift for a friend but I could not attend the shower so I asked that they wrap it and make sure it was delivered or that someone was notified so they could pick it up. Today I contacted her see if she had received the gift. I had received a thank you for the wedding gift but the shower. This is SO NOT like her. Well she never received the gift. But my Am.Ex was charged. I will be contacting Am.Ex. Not the Oxford Floral of old!

I’m going to take a pic of a bouquet that was bought from them for a QUARTER of the price of what it would be in several other places especially in bigger cities. And they are sooooo much more beautiful than any picture or google image that can be located!!

My boyfriend has ordered me flowers from Oxford Floral twice this year, and both times delivery to my apartment has been such a mess. I've had to make multiple calls in order to receive my flowers. Also when I did receive my flowers they were already wilted both times! This latest arrangement was a joke. It looked like they just threw whatever was left into a vase. The hydrangea in the arrangement was completely wilted and had to be removed not even a full day after receiving. This is completely unacceptable. We will not be using this florist again.

Oxford Floral has all my favorite brands, and always introduces me to new wonderful pieces! I had a terrific experience with my bridal registry here 10 years ago, and even though I now live out of the area, I still shop with them. They always provide top notch service.

Called this afternoon at 2:00 to get flowers delivered today to my niece at the hospital in Oxford. Lea Margaret (sorry I spelled your name wrong) was very helpful and the flowers were delivered in less than 2 hours. My sister in law said they were beautiful. Fantastic job.

I ordered an arrangement for my daughter, who had a baby on Friday, August 24, 2018 at the Baptist Hospital in Oxford. Although it was beautiful the day they delivered it by Sunday afternoon it had started to wilt. I feel for a littke over a $100 it should have lasted longer than 2 days. I received flowers for my birthday and there were dead flowers in my arrangement. The arrangement itself looked like it should have been delivered to a funeral instead verses a birthday happy. IF you are wanting to send someone a happy bright fun arrangement, this is not the place for you!!! There were holes in the greenery. I called and another arrangement was delivered and they were smaller for what my husband paid and still looked like they should go to a funeral home! So irritating!!

TERRIBLE BRIDAL EXPERIENCE--GIFTS PAID FOR, BUT NEVER RECIEVED I completed my bridal registry with Oxford Floral in the spring of 2012 for my wedding in September of the same year. Over the course of several showers, I became increasingly disappointed. My aunt ordered a set of glasses which were not in stock. She ordered over the phone and was not informed that the gift was actually a handwritten tag stating, "set of 4 dinner glasses." Several other people had similar experiences (2 full place settings, a salad plate, 2 juice glasses). Many people were disappointed that they did not have a gift for the shower. At this point, I was fine with the idea of recieving the actual gifts a later date. After speaking with the bridal consultant, I was assured that I would recieve these items no later than October of 2012. As of today, March 22, 2013, I have yet to recieve the majority of these gifts. My advice to any bride, is to stay far, far away from this florist. I realize that this is the "hip" florist of Oxford, but it is nothing short of unacceptable to keep a customer waiting for well over 6 months to recieve an item (let alone multiple items) that have been paid for. Even more than I advise brides to steer clear, I would warn against purchasing a gift from them as you never know when (or even if) the recipient will recieve their gift.

I have always loved Oxford Floral! They fix the most beautiful arrangements! The sales person listens to how you feel and who you are sending them to! They create unique bouquets according to the feelings of the customer!
