Love OB Florist! They always make beautiful arrangements and have great customer service! My son ordered a small bouquet for his date for a dance in Memphis. The other bouquets paled in comparison to his! Even their mothers commented on how good ours looked and ours was more reasonably priced too!

Absolutely love the Olive Branch florist. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, they not only have fresh beautiful flowers but their customer service it top notch! I completely forgot I needed to order a baby shower corsage, called and within an hour it was made and waiting for me to pick up. The flowers and details were perfect for my friends shower! I can't not recommended them enough.

Absolutely horrendous! The bouquets that were ordered for my best friends wedding not only were a completely different color than what she asked for, but they were wilted over and dead upon arrival. The "owners daughter" proceeded to inform the bride that it was her fault for not contacting them about the flowers when she got them 2 hours before the wedding and we were terrible bridesmaids for not calling and handling the situation for her. No compensation was made for the dead flowers and the way the situation was handled was the most unprofessional encounter I have ever heard. You could not pay me to order anything from them!

I am originally from Olive Branch but have been gone for 15 years now. I usually order my grandmother flowers about once a year. I have ordered from Olive Branch florist in the past and never really experienced a problem. This year when I ordered. again I decided to go with something that I am familar with so I gave them a call. I explained what I wanted (a nice fresh bouquet). When I saw what was sent I was royally disappointed. I immediately called to express my disappoinment. I sent a picture and explained that I thought that the bouquet would be slightly more full. The lady on the other end explained to me that although I did receive $40 worth of flowers everyone there could look at the picture and undrstood my complaint. I was told that they would redo the arrangement but was asked to call back on Monday because it was 4:00 and they were headed home for the day. I called back on Monday and get the order done . Judy was her name. I explained the situation from Saturday and explained that I was told that they would REDO the order. Jujdy was extremely rude and told me that her husband had delivered the flowers himself. She stated that my grandmother had told her husband that the arrangement wasn't what she was used to getting. She told me that she would not redo my order because my grandmother was happy with the set (Of course she would be happy - She's 86 receiving flowers from her grandaughter!!!!!!) I told her that I wasn't going to argue with her about the ordeal. SOOOOOO to make a long story short. Please don't order becaues not only did they do a bad job on the flower arrangement the service was very rude afterward. I was told conflicting information that led to nothing but a headace. I would recommend going to someplace with better quality, appeal and service.

My wedding was the simplest but olive branch made it so beautiful and elegant, we even have to make last minute decision to have the wedding and arrangements inside because of the storm but hey they are so efficient and still made a really beautiful arrangements and decorations

Used this company for the flowers for my wedding and it was the biggest mistake I made. Worst business I have ever worked with! Very unprofessional and even accused me of lying and my loved ones not being concerned enough when we didn't call them as soon as we saw the flowers (10 minutes before we started taking pictures and just a couple of hours before the ceremony started)! I showed them one picture as to what I wanted all of the flowers to look like and I got THREE totally different sets of flowers that looked NOTHING alike! When I went up there the day after we got back from our honeymoon I was told the manager would contact me within the next hour. 2 1/2 days go by and no word, so I give them a call only to be told by the owners daughter that it was my fault for not calling them immediately (umm hello have you ever had a wedding?? There is no time for anything!) and that there was nothing they could do for me. I will never see my $500 again and I want to stop this from happening to anyone else!

They are so warm and friendly there. My step-daughter needed a last minute corsage for prom and they made everything so simple. It's like a wonderland inside of pretty jewelry and gorgeous home decor pieces to look at every time you go to pick up your floral pieces. Whimsical and charming.
