I would rate them zero for customer care. Apparently, I can't post this with "zero" stars, so I have to rate them "one star" which is far too generous for the experience I had. I tried to order from an online provider who uses Noweta's as the preferred florist. When I found out that Noweta's was the preferred florist who would be handling the $75 arrangement I had purchased online, I called Noweta's about my online order. Noweta's informed me that they had cancelled my order because it was not enough money and then chastised me for not calling them directly in the first place. No one should be spoken to in the manner in which I was talked to, and I do not plan on using Nowetas in the future.

Originally I had a not so great experience with them. But after the owner found out about my experience he went to great lengths to do everything in his power to right the wrong. He personally got in contact with me and apologized for the service that I received. The fact that he went to such lengths to try and satisfy an unsatisfied customer really speaks volumes about how he conducts his business. I can tell that he is truly passionate about what he does. I am very impressed with how the whole situation has been handled. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of a florist!

Expected more... the lady was very nice.. but when I saw the arrangement in person, I felt like they had just taken what was left over and made something..the other arrangements that were there ( from them ) were beautiful...I was definitely disappointed.. might have been a one time thing..

Recommended by the undertaker, I ordered a poinsettia for a funeral. It was way too small for the price. They should have sent 2. I am embarrassed and very disappointed and I feel mistreated.

Terrible. I ordered flowers on their website, to which they called me and started adding on additional delivery fees and minimums which were not advertised on the website. The total nearly doubled what the original cost of the flowers would've been, so I went somewhere else.

I ordered an arrangement for our son and DIL on the morning of June 7, 2018 and they were delivered that afternoon. They are having twins and having a tough time and the flower arrangement sent by Noweta's was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I especially loved that the personal note was big enough to see...not like the notes that are so often neglected by the receiver. When we need more flowers in that area, we will definitely go to Noweta's. Thank you all SO much for the beautiful arrangement AND timely delivery!
