The employee who I engaged with at the counter was not very respectful to me. I was glad they were able to have flowers ready for me at late notice so I went in to pick them up. There was a miss communication over the phone. I wanted roses and they were going to be 80 dollars and I said my budget was 60 so they said they had some for 60. When I got there they were mixed flowers and not roses. They were kind enough to go ahead and sell me the roses instead. I scraped up 80 dollars plus tax and paid. Then I asked if they could deliver instead of me taking them myself. The lady complained to me that I changed my mind. I paid another 9.50 and I upgraded my flowers and she complained and had a smart attitude and no hospitality, like I was a bother and stupid. I should have told them there are 2 other flower shops in Ridgeland and don't worry about me coming back to be a bother. The flowers looks nice but the arrangement wasn't beautiful to me. I really wanted to impress my girlfriend so I paid up and I wasn't extremely happy with the result or the treatment to me.

will never use them again. 2 arrangements in 24 hours,..dead.for $72 daisies should look fresh for 2 weeks and tea Rose's at least a few days.

My family members and I recently experienced a sudden death in our family that caught us off guard and threw us into a complete frenzy with funeral preparations. Mostly Martha's was more than accommodating and Kay and Linda were an absolute pleasure to work with...during the week of Valentine's Day no less. The sprays we ordered were beyond beautiful and helped add an extra special touch to our loved one's homegoing celebration. We hope to not have to order any additional casket sprays anytime soon, however, we will most certainly be shopping with Mostly Martha's for all of our floral arrangement needs in the future. I ordered a birthday arrangement from this shop directly instead of using Teleflora and they delivered a lovely, full arrangement with fresh flowers that looked great from all sides. The recipient loved it. I am often disappointed at what arrives when I send flowers, but not in this case! I will not hesitate to use this florist again.

I ordered 2 bouquet of flowers today (1 for my Aunt 1 for my cousin) who's husband & dad had recently passes away. Since I live in the state of Washington I was reluctant to order flowers since there was a couple of bad comments but had spend more that a hour with another florist and finally hung up because of communication problems so settled on Mostly Martha's , so happy I did . I talked to a person named Fay and was guaranteed I would get a beautiful arrangements. This person went over & beyond the service most associates will give now days, my cousin txt me and said they were gorgeous and they were as she sent me pictures. It was perfect timing as today was a bad day for her.
