I looked up Lady Di's on Google for flowers for a funeral service. I ordered around noon and the flowers were at the service by six the same day! I can't say enough about how wonderful this company is. Thank you so much!!!!

Piss poor customer service. They left the flowers at the front door. They said he knocked and rang the doorbell and no one was home. My girlfriend and her mom was home and didn't hear anything. I could understand not hearing a knock, but not hear the doorbell, that's just ridiculous. They had also told me that they would call me if no one was home, but i never got a call. I called to talk with them and the lady didn't want to hear it. She said she believed her delivery driver. I'll never get anything from them again.

Lady Di's handled an emergency delivery to a funeral home for us (oversight on our part) with grace, empathy, and exceptionally professional customer service. I never expected to be able to get a floral delivery within the hour, especially considering I called within a half-hour of their posted closing time. Thank you!

I send a lot of flowers across the country. I'm usually disappointed when the recipient sends me a picture of what they got compared to the picture of what the florist said they would send. Not this time! Beautiful flowers, and my friend was thrilled. Exceeded all expectations and was delivered super fast even though I called at the last minute. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely love these guys!!! They did a phenomenal job for my wedding, executing perfectly and precisely what I had in mind (no drawing necessary!). Also, they did everything I needed on extremely short notice. On top of that, they are my go to for all of the floral arrangements I get for birthdays and other occasions, which happens at least once a month. Lady Di's is ALWAYS a delight! Professional and fast, very knowledgeable, and make the most gorgeous arrangements! Hands down the best on the Coast!

I live out of town and called Lady Di’s late, a couple of hours before closing. I wanted to have a standing funeral spray made for my grandmother in law’s services. I shared with the florist, some things I envisioned and about some flowers that i felt would reflect her beautiful life. Then I asked the florist to be creative and do what she thought looked the best! Today, when I walked in for the service, I was so moved and overjoyed.
