My mom ordered flowers last week from Frank's and we were not pleased with this service. We were told that the flowers were withered by the deceased's sister. They had only been at the funeral home a few hours so they should not have been withered. My mom called Frank to get a refund or to get a new arrangement sent back out. Frank did neither and didn't really care. Poor poor customer service to my family.

ordered flowers on the 10th that morning gf didnt get them till 445 that after noon they were wilted and looked as if they had been riding in the vehicle all day. ive order ever holiday for my gf never had this happen before

Every year I send my mother flowers from Frank's Flower shop on her birthday and every year she is delighted. This year was very different, I decided to go with a larger/ more expensive arrangement and was very disappointed. This arrangement, despite a MUCH higher price tag was noticeably MUCH smaller. This experience was definitely disheartening and I will not be returning next year!
