If there could be a zero that is what I would give. I went to the website and chose a beautiful arrangement and upgraded it so it would be nice and full. $85.00 plus all the fees now at $105.00. My mother sent me a picture of the arrangement delivered to her and I could not believe it. So I called and was given several excuses about changing colors. There was no excuse to why it was 1/4 the size I ordered and paid for. Finally they said they would just go pick it up. What I wanted was a replacement. I hung up in anger. Called back today. Manager said she was not going to replace it now after a day. She made no offer to make any kind of correction. She also did not mind that I said this was not good customer service or that I would post a review.

Ordered funeral wreath for Aunt on Teleflora. They sent order to City Florist. Big mistake!!!! Wreath that was sent was a joke - looked like cheap, small leftover flowers were used and totally unlike picture on website. Went by City Florist to express dissastisfaction. She said she could not make wreath for price on internet so she obviously used what should have been trash flowers. Beware and do not use this business if you want decent flowers!!!!!!!
