I called late afternoon on Christmas Eve after their delivery service was done for the day. I was looking to have flowers delivered that day. What a little gem! I have driven by this place about a million times and never stopped. Well today I did and I really wish I would have stopped by sooner... Like years ago. The ladies working were extremely friendly and helped me to create the perfect bouquet. I will definitely be going back!

WOW. This is a warm, happy, friendly place. I needed just one flower for a social occasion and called ahead to be sure they had it. Jessie selected and set aside the best one, then greeted me by name (based on my voice, I guess) the moment I entered the shop. Shop owner Lynne and her mellow little dog gave me a friendly greeting as well. Jessie advised me on the best greens to go with the flower, which was fresh and reasonably priced. The way she wrapped it made a beautiful presentation. Though my purchase was tiny, I was treated as a valued customer. In contrast, I had to buy another flower at a different shop (because Enchanted Florist didn’t have it), where I was barely greeted, I received monosyllabic answers, and my requests seemed to be resented. If I ever need flowers, from one to many, for a special occasion in the future, I will turn to the kind and skillful people at The Enchanted Florist. Flowers are given for emotional/relationship reasons, such as to celebrate or comfort. I want to buy them from kind, thoughtful, skillful people who are sensitive to the contexts in which their customers are buying them.

The ladies who took my call(s) were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me, despite the fact that I had just missed their delivery person, who had left for the day. I'm so appreciative of their excellent customer service. I wish I could have seen the flower arrangement, however, I trust that they did a lovely job, based on my budget.

I live i Wisconsin. Found you online and thought your reviews were great, so I would give you a go to order flowers for someone in your area. Initially called and left a message stating my phone number multiple times with questions regarding upgrading. Ignored. No return call. Ordered online, almost $100, you didn't even add in flowers for the upgrade, and sent a photo after the fact that was not even what ordered. Horrible customer service. Ignored. Wrong information. As a former manager of over 200 folks, I do no think anyone working under me or in my lifetime I have treated folks this way. I keep hearing about Minnesota nice. Wrong. Minnesota bad. Your Enchanted Florist=bad.

I wanted to send my best friend in St. Paul a pick me up as she is 39 1/2 weeks pregnant and very, very ready for delivery. I live in San Diego and was tempted to use a service like proflowers or one of those other online sites but I decided I'd rather go directly with a local florist to help support small businesses. With all the amazing reviews for The Enchanted Florist I decided they were the best choice. I was not disappointed. The whole experience was positive and I will definitely use them anytime I want to send flowers in their area!

Lynee is the best darn florist ever. She's done my mother's flowers on Mother's day. She's done my girlfriend flowers for a just because moment. I will be stopping in there again for some flowers my girlfriend this weekend. She has excellent selection for multiple occasions. What matters most about this place is the "Enchanted" part. The florist is truly enchanting. First of all Lynee as a person is very soothing and never questions a need for flowers. She's just determined to give a darn good lookin' bouquet. Tell her the color scheme you want and MAKE SURE TO SPECIFY THE OCCASION! This is were her "enchantment" comes into play. She's highly knowledgeable of her flowers and what their purposes are. Let her go over a budget a little bit if she needs to. She has a finesse in making a bouquet. She will articulate random little greens and tiny flowers to make the most heart warming bouquet you've have ever seen. Oh and trust me whoever you are getting them for will make their heart melt!!

Awesome experience!!! We gave our daughter the gift of flowers for a year as a wedding shower gift. Each month a beautiful floral bouquet was delivered by Your Enchanted Florist to the door of my daughter and son-in-laws home. Today they recieved the 12th arrangement just one day after their one year anniversary and it was full of the same flowers as my daughters wedding day bouquet. PERFECT ENDING TO THE YEAR. Recommend this shop to anyone looking for flowers for a wedding or a special occasion or just because you deserve them. They listen to you and deliver over the top arrangements. October will be another Your Enchanted Florist wedding for my family. We cant wait to see that's next.
