I ordered flowers through the FTD website and the order was fullfilled by Uncle Charlie's. I am in Chicago and was not fully aware of the bad weather they were having in MN at the time. I later learned that the arrangement I had ordered was delivered in the middle of a snowstorm over unplowed roads. Had Uncle Charlie's called me about the conditions I certainly would have told them not to risk it and deliver the flowers another day- but they didn't call and just made the delivery. The flowers were beautiful but it's the rare dedication to the work and customer service that left me most impressed.

Uncle Charlie's flowers is the place to get the most beautiful setup of flowers ever. I have had over three flower bouquets made here and every time I am blown away by the assemble. The staff is very caring. I came in one time when one of the staff was about to go on break and she kindly opened the doors for me without any hesitation. Great customer service! I highly recommend going her for your special someone! Thank you Uncle Charlie's!
