I love Main Floral! From the way they personalized my order to their amazing staff! I also love supporting local small businesses! I’ve read some unfavorable reviews recently and find it hard to believe that anyone has had issues here. Hence me deciding to post a review now. (Although, I’m starting to question the validity of the reviews when they start making up words. (In-professionalism?!)) I have been a customer here ever since I moved into the area and find it very hard to believe Main Floral or anyone on their staff have given any of their customers anything but top notch service and respect for their needs. I would highly recommend Main Floral for all you flower needs. Everyone I talked to either in person or on the phone was so polite and friendly. On my first visit the woman sat down with me gave me recommendations and helped me beyond my expectations. All of our flowers from my bouquet to my Aunts boutineer were so fresh and beautiful. They lasted all night long and dried perfect. We answered the question " Where did you get these flowers they are gorgeous!! " all night long! So many compliments time and time again. The price was so so so reasonable and right in our budget. I will always recommend Main Floral and will definitely being using their services again. Every arrangement I have sent or received is of the highest quality with attention to the tiniest details. The team designed our wedding flowers which were more amazing than anything I could have come up with myself or have found in a magazine. The shop itself is a wonderland filled with plants, flowers, cards, artwork and gifts! Best shop in Anoka and the best flowers around! Update: My initial review was 5 years ago. I have super appreciated the care with which my flower orders have been handled-- Main Floral has made the flower arrangements for my parents' 60th anniversary party, my mom's 80th birthday, and for the very sad occasion of the funerals of both of my parents two years apart-- I actually have pictures in my mind of the flowers from those days. I can call Main Floral and they have delivered to my folks' graves when I can't be there. This is really comforting. Beautiful beautiful arrangements and very thoughtful staff and designers.

I called yesterday afternoon for an arrangement to be delivered for a memorial service at 4 pm the same day. I asked for a masculine arrangement with a fishing theme. The arrangement was delivered within 2 1/2 hours and was more beautiful than I could have imagined. It was a beautiful bird of paradise arrangement with a little fishing rod amidst the greenery. Terrible to deal with stay away! Rude and will turn you away if you think about wedding stuff and are promised to have them done and last minute refuses to do them! Terrible business people! They said months ago they would do my wedding arrangement and told me I had until the 20th to get it in. On the 18th I emailed them they returned an email and all of a sudden on the 19th when I asked for a callback so I could pay. They said they can't and that they are booked. I am telling people so they don't have the same BAD experience.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Please save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. Main Floral used to be my "go-to" place for anything flower related, so naturally, they were my first choice for my wedding bouquets and arrangements. I called and asked to schedule an appointment with them, and my mother, mother-in-law-to-be, fiance and myself showed up to our appointment 5 minutes early. When we arrived, the "florist" was helping an elderly couple with some red roses. Not a big deal at all, since we were early. So we sat down at the table in the front of the shop to wait. My fiance's mother noticed that there were funeral books on the table, so she took it upon herself to put them away and take out the wedding books (even though Main Floral knew we were coming in for our appt). So, a full 20 minutes later, the "florist" finally came over to us. Again, none of us were angry, as we understood. Once we started discussing what we were looking for, it was clear that the "florist" was very disinterested in our appointment and appeared to be unqualified, as she insisted that the flowers would be okay for us to pick up THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING, WITHOUT WATER OR REFRIGERATION. Because... who doesn't want wilted and dying flowers in their bridal bouquet?! After that, she tried to overcharge us for the mother's corsages, and was very rude when I mentioned that my work advertises that they offer a discount. We left the appointment feeling very defeated and like we were not important to Main Floral, AT ALL. Once I got home that evening, I sent them a very professional message on Facebook thanking them for their time, and notifying them that I will not be awarding them with my business, and I explained why. The manager sent me a "laughing" emoji reaction, and then instantly replied and was very nice in her message, and said that she would get back to me the next business day with more details. So the next day goes by, and I received nothing from her. I sent another message saying that I was just following up, and she sent a laughing GIF, and then again instantly replied and said her phone screen was sensitive and they were "very busy." So then today (a full four days after my appointment), I sent another message and let them know that I was very disappointed in their lack of customer service, and that I did not appreciate being put on the back burner. I was notified that she had opened and read my message, but she never replied. So I left a one-star Facebook review of the business. To my surprise, she called me about an hour after I left that review. She. Was. Pissed. She demanded that I take the review down, called me a liar, and when I told her I was not removing my review, she proceeded to try to guilt trip me by telling me that the (elderly... I'm talking 70+ years old) couple who they were helping had just lost their 6 day old child. And then she also decided to further guilt trip me by telling me that she had been in a "car collision" and received a "concussion," and that I do not have the intellectual capacity to understand her situation. Um... excuse me? So I told her that she was very rude, and unprofessional, and to not contact me again and I hung up on her. She proceeded to call me again, and I answered and said "I said do not call me," and I hung up again. Then she called back a THIRD TIME, and I let it go to voicemail, where she proceeded to leave me a three minute long voicemail in which she again tried to guilt trip me in removing the comment, called me "untruthful," and said some other nasty things. She then felt it was appropriate to follow it up with a Facebook message. It's such a shame because they do have beautiful arrangements. Anyway, please seriously consider before spending your hard earned money with a company like this. Hopefully next time they deal with a customer, they remember that word-of-mouth is a businesses best way to gain or lose business. It quite literally is business 101. Ps they just used a baby as a scape goat... twice...?!
