I called in a same-day floral delivery and they happily accommodated me! Although I had to pick from what was already designed in their floral cooler (they still had a good amount to choose from), I was able to find something very similar to what I originally had in mind for a reasonable price. To top it off, the delivery was going nearly 5 miles out of town and they didn't hesitate at all to take the order for the same day. Amazing service with a cheerful attitude! I highly recommend, and will go out of my way to use this florist for any other future orders in the surrounding area.

Tim Holtz and company have successfully completed many projects for us over the years. At the end of the day, I am always pleased that I chose Holtz. In a world run by computers and voice prompted customer service it is very refreshing to deal with a knowledgeable, helpful and considerate human being every time I call.

Not impressed with their customer service. I completed an on-line flower arrangement order form and paid for my order. Then later they called to inform me that my order was cancelled since they didn't have the flowers in stock. Sure okay, that's fine I get that. I asked the person on the phone if I could substitute something else and she said no because she already cancelled my order and that I would have to complete a re-order of something else. Talk about a hassle. I just decided to order from a different company instead.

I paid $60 for a bouquet, a few balloons and deliverey. The bouquet they sent was a bunch of green pine-tree like filler with a few Carnations shoved in. I guess I should’ve asked for clarification on what exactly I was sending, but figured a florist wouldn’t send out something ugly. I called and they told me they could go switch it (how awkward) and that they were just trying to make it look bigger. Buying 100 carnations on amazon fresh is the same price and picking up tree pieces in your back yard is free. Would definitely recommend one of those options instead of Holtz.

This family owned business has a friendly atmosphere and every single staff member takes time to listen and help. Their selection of garden accessories is vast, with a whole section just for fairy gardens! Tim is the go-to guy with questions about trees, irrigation, and landscaping. I felt heard and really enjoyed browsing their plant, herb, shrub, and tree selection. They have some big coy fish my children enjoyed watching and a cute little shop kitten too! Will definitely be considering them for floral arrangements in the future as the ones displayed in the cooler were stunning!

Was wanting to get a sweet 16 flower arrangement for my great niece. I had specific color and flower I would like to have. Not to mention I am out of state. Tim, the owner, was very helpful as were his wife and daughter. As I had to call back bc I forgot to include the whole address. They were very kind with my forgetfulness. The flowers were lovely and exactly how I asked for them. My niece was surprised and super excited to receive them. Thanks Holtz for a wonderful job and helping make this 1st bday with my family extra special.

I am from out of town and wanted to send flowers to relatives living in East Bethel. I called Holtz Garden Center and they were extremely helpful! The flowers were beautiful and the were able to deliver them the same day that I called. Would definitely recommend!!

Did order online. For a "Mom and Pop" shop, the site was very user friendly and simple. After I placed the order, I realized I needed to modify the order and I called the store directly. Tim, the owner, already new who I was when I gave him my name and was happy to make the changes I wanted, and I requested very specific changes. He even asked me if I wanted a specific time of delivery! To make things better, I left 2 voicemails at midnight with more modifications to make Tim's job harder. My girl was very satisfied and surprised. And she even replied to my witty greeting card (with Tim's modifications, including my last-minute midnight voicemail additional instructions!). I SO getting lucky this weekend. Thanks Holtz Garden Center and Floral!
