They get an A+ in customer service and product Floral design. I had an order for flowers the day of my mothers funeral in May 2019. The florist refunded my money and said they could not deliver. I called Century Floral the day of the funeral and they delivered on time and it was beautiful. We did not have a casket for my Mother so a standing floral arrangement was very important and what Century Floral delivered was very beautiful. I do not recommend waiting to order at the last minute but they did an excellent job for our us when a cancellation caused a crisis the day of the funeral. Thank you to all staff at Century Floral for understanding, providing great customer service, and delivering a beautiful floral arrange for us.

I contacted a local florist to wire out some flowers, I specifically wanted a unique exotic arrangement 80 to $100 Not including delivery or taxes, nothing smelly no mums, in a modern vase of colors of gray. What was delivered was a small bouquet of what looked like you could have picked it from your own flowerbeds, a 40 to $60 arrangement in a clear cylinder vase. It was a very boring, bland, arrangement to say the least, I've seen better arrangements at supermarkets. When I called I spoke to the manager, and he said the order says it was a small to medium order and it was supposed to be artistic. Even though he knew I was not satisfied, he blamed it on the original florist, and then offered me 15% off my next order.. I called the original florist, and they had everything that I ask for, wrote down to the t just as I asked for it. No further orders will be made with this company from me! Clearly,I someone ended up getting a lot of money for a very disappointing bouquet!!! trying to post a picture here.

Do not let the outside of the building put you off. Little hidden gem in Oakdale. Was there today to get a wrapped bouquet for my daughter in law. Asked if they had blue hydrangeas, they did and quickly made up a beautiful bouquet around it. Will diffinetly go there again. . . While waiting watched a woman put together another bouquet so quickly, just beautiful. They all seem to know there craft. Oh, and to top it off they are helpful and friendly.

Guys, you want simple? I walked in, told them how much I wanted to spend. The man asked what color scheme I wanted and I just told him, "something bright," to which he ran behind the counter and like the edward scissorhands of floral & fauna, went to work - I was really surprised by the amount of flowers came with it (considering I really didn't spend much...); my wife absolutely loved the whole package and really added to her birthday experience. The whole trip inside the store was probably less than 5 minutes. I'll absolutely be going back to this place in the future. Again, guys, this is where you need to go for your flowers. You won't regret it.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order for my mother in law's memorial service and they couldn't even have the flowers delivered on the correct date. When I spoke to them the woman on the phone was defensive and unwilling to help me. I have never experienced such terrible service in my life. STAY AWAY!!

i can only tell you how nice of an arragement from century floral is....lasted longer than any other place ive ever shopped for flowers, if you ever need to get flowers this is the place.

I was very excited to receive a call from my receptionist that I had received flowers, however that excitement was quickly gone once I viewed the arrangement. The first photo is of the arrangement that my girlfriend intended for me to receive. Unfortunately the second two pictures is what came to my office. I work at a financial intuition which is filled with employees and well as customers. I was beyond embarrassed to receive such terrible quality flowers. They appear to be no more than a grocery store qualify arrangement. It appears that no thought was put into them, as there were huge holes were you can see the foam in the arrangement. This arrangement was a $40-$50 dollar arrangement yet the flowers I received were maybe $10 worth of flowers. Not only was this a terrible situation to start with but then when I called and spoke with "Tony" who identified himself as the manger said that I would need to email pictures of the arrangement to them to verify if what I was saying was the truth, when I questioned this he then told me that they have people who lie about the arrangements so they need proof. I was happy to provide pictures via email. When I called back to confirm that they had received my email Tony then tells me that he hasn't received it yet, I asked to speak with the owner and he stated she was in a meeting. He stated that her name was Trica, I am unsure if this is correct as he was not being very kind over the phone. I find this behavior unacceptable as this was money spent at a florist that seems to not care about the feelings or thoughts of their customers. I will be stopping by their shop in person with the arrangement in hand tomorrow. I assume it will be difficult to avoid me if I am their in person. As when again I tried calling during business hours and it went right to voicemail. I will most certainly be reporting this florist to the Better Business Bureau of Minnesota, as comments I have read online state the same issues listed above.

Ordered online (first mistake) and ordered premium because I expected good quality. The quality of these flowers isn’t even worth $20. They look like they’ve been sitting out overnight. The roses ar grey/green around the edges and are wilting. Not to mention there were 5 roses in the premium bundle. There are way too many green leaves as well. Save your time and go elsewhere.

I ordered through an online vendor who used Century Floral and I wish they hadn't! I ordered my flowers over a month in advance and they were never delivered on the delivery date! I called the vendor twice and was told they should be there any minute, but they never came! I had to fight for a refund and they delivered them the next day. What's the point? They were for a wedding and arrived too late!

As other reviewers have said, I ordered through an online vendor who used Century Floral and I truly wish they hadn't! EVERY week I order flowers for our office that are scheduled to arrive the following week (order is placed one week in advance). This week however, the flowers arrived the same day I placed the order. The online vendor apologized for the florist's mistake and assured me my original delivery date would be honored. I received a call from the florist later that day informing me that they wanted to pick up the misdelivered flowers right away. Four days later the flowers were still sitting at my office and there was no sign of the florist (they had said they would be by Tuesday at the latest). I needed to get the flowers out of the way, they were four days old - would need to be thrown out soon anyways, and the florist was no where to be seen so I gave the flowers to employees. On the fifth day the florist showed up at our office demanding the now-five-day-old flowers back. I had to take the flowers back from the employees that received them (and was sure to tell them exactly which tacky florist was demanding five day old flowers back)! Poor future customer who is about to pay a great deal of money for five day old and previously used flowers from Century Floral! I will never work with this company again, flower delivery shouldn't be this complicated.

Ordered a birthday bouquet to be delivered to an office, online and two days in advance. Didn't arrive until after close of business on birthday and didn't get to intended recipient, just given to security guard who left the bouquet on someone else's desk who wasn't even there. Staff was rude when I called to ask for a refund and refused saying they had gone "above and beyond" to have it arrive the day it was supposed to be delivered. This is the first bad review I've written for any business. What a disappointment.

Ordered an arrangement for my moms birthday. When it came it was absolutely gorgeous! On the back of the notecard it provides instructions on how to take care of the flowers, how to water and how to give the stems a fresh cut. With tender care their flowers last for weeks! I will definately order from them again :)
