I live out of state but wanted to order flowers for my sister's birthday. I usually order from a national chain but decided to try a local business. The lady that helped me on the phone was great! She took the time to understand what I wanted, made suggestions and never rushed me. The flowers & balloons were delivered within the window I was told and were PERFECT! I will definitely order thru them again.

We have used Brainerd Floral numerous times. My mother-in-law lives in the area and we love to surprise her with flowers and plants. The arrangements and plants have always been the best. The delivery fee is very reasonable and they always get it there as requested. We will definitely continue to use their services and highly recommend them.

When a friend of ours passed way up north, I didn't know who to call in the Brainerd Lakes Area, so I googled "flower shops, Brainerd." I was lucky enough to find Brainerd Floral Gift and Bridal Shop. The gal who answered the phone was so pleasant and happy to help. She walked me through pricing and what to order, since I didn't have a clue. I received notifications and updates throughout the delivery process, including when my flowers were delivered and accepted at the funeral home. I would highly recommend Brainerd Floral Gift & Bridal!!!

It was a hoot to have my name up on their sign several Thursdays ago. I received a beautiful rose with greenery for having the name of the week! Check their sign each Thursday to see if your name pops up! They had wonderful fresh flowers and arrangements.

My husband ordered 18 roses in a vase for our 50th anniversary. They were stunning w/baby's breath and a huge bow ! They were delivered on a Friday and 14 days later, I saved a few and threw the rest away. Absolutely amazing staying power !

The deal where you can buy a bouquet of flowers for only six dollars on Fridays sounded like a great bargain.. That is until I went in to buy flowers for my grandma and the lady at the cash register felt the need to check my 10 dollar bill to see if it was a counterfeit. She found it to be a real 10 dollar bill and then continued to be short and cold with me until I left. I'm not sure if that choice was because of my tattoos and piercings or because I'm in my 20's or both but it was rude and unnecessary either way. Cub Foods in Brained NE sells flowers for the same deal every day of the week if you don't feel like dealing with a congregation of judgemental, rude, closed-minded, old bags.

Brainerd Floral has done a beautiful plant or flower arrangement each time I call to send them to my mom. They are very helpful and accommodating, making sure deliveries get there. All the plants are gorgeous and healthy, and best of all, my mom is delighted. Thanks!

I ordered flowers for my wife, for after surgery when she got home. Included roses and they are still looking fantastic a week later. Highly recommended!
