This flower shop is extremely unprofessional and rude. Gwen specifically having the nastiest passive aggressive attitude I have ever experienced when purchasing flowers in all of my life. They get 1 star for giving me a call stating they didn't have white roses and if I'd like to switch to purple and when I said no I do need to get white flowers today I'll have to go with someone else she said " Ha, Good Luck we're the only flower shop in this lake town in Minnesota. You're not going to find white flowers anywhere around here." Then she HUNG UP on me and I had to call back for my refund. Unfortunately for Gwen, Yes I live in Arizona, but I actually am from Minnesota and I have ordered flowers in the Minnetonka Mound area multiple times before and it was my first ( and last ) time I ever you used Bayside. So due to her lies and poor poor customer service I went with Lake Minnetonka Floral whom had AMAZING polite courteous customer service and also had white roses ready and got them out to my grieving co-worker today. Do not use Bayside.

I called Coty, after having called 7 other flower shops in the area. I live out of state and wanted to have an arrangement made for a dear friend's funeral. Ordering flowers from out of state is hard enough, having a very specific request and a vision in my head of what I wanted just makes it all that much more nerve wracking. I wanted something different, something that put my friend's personality in the arrangement, something that would not be found on FTD or the like. I should also add that I am the daughter of a pretty amazing florist so I am needless to say, very picky. Coty agreed to fulfill my request and made it happen. Even more than that, it was EXACTLY what I had envisioned. I would recommend her to anyone needing that extra something, that think outside the box designer, all the while giving the best of her personality and customer service. Thank you so much for what you did!

My son also got his girlfriends wrist courage from them and she by far had the best one. I saw the review that they were rude, not my experience at all, they are so nice and helpful and go the extra mile. Love this shop!
