Great experience!! I ordered anniversary flowers/chocolates for my parents from out of state and did so online. I called in to see if they could switch out one of the flowers because of an allergy and they were so friendly and helpful. The arrangement was perfect and exactly what it looked like online + the change in flower. :) Would highly recommend using them for your local floral needs!!

I received a dozen roses four days ago and now they are almost they are drooping over. I understand that they are cut flowers and that they are going to die but the reason they are dropping over is because of how they were packaged. I received them wrapped in plastic, the plastic best the heads of the flowers in such a way that they are bending at the base of the flower. The state my roses are in are not how they should be with how few days I have them. I typically dry my roses when they are on their last leg but I don't believe I will be able to dry these because the heads of the flowers are so bent they are likely just going to fall off. These were a gift from my boyfriend who is in the military for my birthday, because he is in the service he was not able to deliver the flowers himself. I don't believe the flowers were the problem in this situation, it was the packaging and delivering.

They aren't like most florist that only give you a few options to choose from that are all basic, they offer Designer Selection Body Flowers that makes each couple feel unique and stand out more, all you have to do is let them know the color of your dress and how unique or eye catching you would like it. They are wonderful at creating One of a Kind pieces with their Designer Selections and never dissapoint! Not only are their flower services Outstanding, but their Home Decor, Baby Gifts, Wedding gifts, Birthday and furniture and Plants are Breathtaking. Their Home decor ranges from Modern chic to Rustic. I got all my Christmas shopping done with one stop in there. They also always have clearance items that are typically 50%-75% off!! Can't say enough good things about this place honestly!!

I received an arrangement a day after my mom's passing. The next day the roses were turning brown around the edges and petals were falling off not to mention some of the gerbera daisies were marginal. Even though I was busy with the funeral etc. I took a few minutes to give Sunnyslope a call and let them know. I explained the situation and the woman that I was talking to said I could bring the arrangement back and they'd freshen it up. Sorry, that's wasn't in my day planner while planning a funeral. So I let it go. I have priorities. I thought the 100% satisfaction guarantee might include total replacement and redelivery with exchange on the first arrangement. Apparently it doesn't. I will say the flowers were seen by many as was their Sympathy Card with their Business name. UPDATE 4/11/18 . The owner of Sunnslope Floral contacted me since posting my review. She was extremely sympathetic to the entire situation. Apparently there was a problem with a new/short term employee. The owner insisted on bringing out another arrangement although I told her it was not necessary. I must say it was over the top beautiful and a week later is still as beautiful as when it was delivered. Thank you Sunnyslope.

I did a large bulk order of mums for my sister in-laws baby shower, and was so pleased with my flowers! Not only did I only order them 2.5 weeks out from the event, but the service and prices were phenomenal! Then, when I received the flowers I was so happy! Not a single wilting bud in the bunch! They made a trip in the car across the state, and I took the leaves off and pruned them the next day... it has been 5 days, and the leftover flowers I was able to take home are still gorgeous and alive, not to mention, I didn't even give them plant food and I used tap water! I needed to send flowers on short notice to my sister-in-law who is in Metro Hospital. I am in SC and was worried about the logistics and whether or not they would arrive before she was discharged. I reached a wonderful and helpful person named Jennifer when I called. She made things so easy and assured me they would take care of everything. They will find the room number and make sure she is there. If not, they will deliver it to her home. They really go above and beyond, especially for people out of state. My review is based on the customer service I received while placing my order, as I did not see the final product. The order was from my company to an individual. I had a very specific request for colors, so I called and talked it out with the employee at Sunnyslope. She was extremely helpful and understanding, and when I recited the (rather long) message I wanted on the card, she got it exactly correct and read it back to me verbatim, no mistakes, even with punctuation. I trust that the flowers arrived and were beautiful, but as the recipient is in hospice, I didn't want to bug him about whether he got our flowers.

Good reviews are easy to come by when everything goes right. But, how often does a company get a 5 star review when things don't go as expected? Well, Sunnyslope Floral just did! Rarely do I leave reviews, but in this case I was compelled to write one. The flowers delivered did not match our expectations for whatever reason (probably a communications SNAFU). With that said, please know that the arrangement was beautiful and the skill involved in its creation was obvious. So you will know my perspective on how good a company is, I will explain. When everything goes well and according to plan... everyone is happy and good reviews are the outcome. BUT, the actual character of a company can be determined when things don't go as expected. In these instances we get to see if words on the web site are actually true. In my case, things were not as expected, and I found without a doubt that they stand behind their products and services. I have dealt with many companies and Sunnyslope Floral ranks at the top of the list of great companies. When I need floral services again, I will not hesitate to call them. Thank you to all the staff for being so kind and courteous.
