We used Stems for our daughter's wedding flowers and they were absolutely beautiful. The wrist corsages and the guys flowers were so nice. Our daughter's bridal bouquet was probably one of the prettiest I have ever seen. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding. They are extremely helpful especially when you are not sure what you want. They go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. Our experience was fabulous.

There is no way to overstate the quality and value of this place. The people here are amazing and will help you find exactly what you need. I would estimate that an arrangement would be half to two thirds of the price of a typical florist (I don't know for sure, because I don't buy flowers anywhere else anymore) and the quality is consistently perfect.

Our wedding centerpieces, though way bigger than we anticipated, were GORGEOUS and the definition of "centerpiece". Their online portal was very convenient since I prefer to do work over my computer instead of over the phone, and they were very responsive.

Just went into Stems to buy flowers for Graduation. I walked in and there were people waiting to assist me. Took me in the back - had me pick out the flowers, made sure I knew how to take care of them, gave me a bucket to keep them in until I was giving the flowers away. Couldn't say more about their service. Repeat customer for sure.

Chose Stems to provide flowers for my small wedding. Scheduled first appointment with consultant, but they didn't show it in their books when I got there. Got a call later stating it was their error, so they offered a small gift card. I decided to give them another chance. While the second appointment did occur, the consultant had her children at the meeting. Not professional. I paid for my products in full three months before my wedding, but when I went in to pick up bulk flowers the day before my event, they tried to get me to pay again. When my bridal flowers were picked up the next day, they tried to get my mother in law to pay AGAIN- so frustrating, and scary to think we could have paid for this miserable experience three times had my records not been in line. To top it all off, my bridal flowers were the WRONG COLOR (I ordered white, and got orange, BIG difference). Apparently my flowers did not come in so instead of calling to ask what I wanted to happen, the consultant made the decision on her own. I couldn't be more unhappy with the service - I did not get what I paid for, and the lousy $25 gift card they offered as an apology was insulting. I would never give them the pleasure of my business again - STAY AWAY.

I used Stems for my wedding back in August. They gave me a bad batch of spray roses which must have been sick because they turned brown within an hour of picking them up. Unfortunately they were the main flower in my corsages and boutonnieres. They were also a big part of my centerpieces. It was very embarrassing to walk into my reception area with brown flowers on all the tables. I talked to Jeff who works there about it after my honeymoon. I was very understanding and just looking for an explanation. He seemed genuinely concerned and asked for photographs, saying he would "work something out" and give me a refund. I promptly sent the photographs and tried contacting him when I didn't hear anything back. Still haven't heard from them...that was back in August. Obviously they don't really care about having such a negative impact on my big day.

I LOVE this place. My dad told me about it because he loves it and now I recommend it to everyone I know, I have sent many people there. They have such variety in flowers and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They actually want their product to look good so they help you with it as much as you want them too. Only suggestion I have is to maybe get more of a variety in vases, but other than that it is perfect including price.

There are so many beautiful flowers to choose from and you won't end up breaking the bank. They also do seasonal arrangements that can really make your home standout during the holidays.

Stems did the flowers for my wedding and I absolutely adored them! I wanted multiple types of greenery and pops of blue, orange, and yellow and I got just that. My bouquet was stunning.The boutonnieres and corsages that my parents/grandparents wore were excellent as well. Their flower stock was extensive and if they did not have the desired flowers in stock, they were willing to order them in. I also asked for a hair comb it greenery on it, and it was so beautiful. They were professional, reasonably priced, on time, and quick to respond! I would recommend them to anyone!

They have a lot of flowers that are unique and different than your typical floral shop and that's what keeps me coming in at least once a month to get fresh flowers for either my home or as a gift. If you're looking for a good delivery service I would definitely recommend them for that!! Beautiful unique arrangements, they are very fast at delivering, and the personal touch of handwritten notes instead of the typed ones you get from bigger delivery services just makes it complete! My momma passed away & I ordered flowers for her memorial. They forgot to put the ribbon saying MOM in the vase. The only floral arrangement at the service ( the center arrangement) without acknowledgement to her. The flowers were beautiful but I did not like the dread lock looking weed in the arrangement. I went over to their location the next day to pick up the ribbon that says MOM. I am so sorry that I ever heard of this place & I hope if you decide to purchase any thing from them that your experience it better. I would not recommend them at all.

Celeste assisted in drop off and set-up of our flowers both at the ceremony and reception locations and left behind the crates for our use to ease with transport! Having Celeste's assistance with set-up the day of our wedding was amazingly helpful and was one less thing we had to worry about knowing that her professional experience would not disappoint! I would not reccomend. Went in September for a quote on flowers for my wedding. They never sent me the quote. I called and emailed multiple times, never heard back. Got a call today, (wedding is in 3 weeks), saying they were going to place the order this week for my flowers.... I called them and explained I was disappointed and they should not have assumed I was ordering my flowers from there after they never got me a quote even after I followed up multiple times... She did not seem to care at all. Poor customer service all around.
