Beautiful, fresh flowers, thoughtfully arranged, and the monthly specials are great for those without much to spend. I asked for no red roses in a half dozen delivery and to my surprise a combination of two stunning pink shades were used - I think most places would only choose one. Love being able to support a local business, especially one that puts integrity behind their craft. Thank you Maxwell's staff! I've never bought from here before, but I will again.

Excellent and over the top! I called and was helped by Steven over the phone. I gave him a idea of what I wanted,in a short time after sending him the info I was called promptly and informed the following day is when they would be needed for the service. We spoke and he helped me with a better arrangement than I planned. Steven went over the top to help me and shopping through the night to find the special materials required. I couldn't have gone to a better florist!!!! Thanks again for your time and exceptional service. -Allen

The best flower & gift shop around! Hannah is the owner and florist and she's fantastic. Each piece is made very well and Hannah is so good at what she does! Love the products in the store! The Michigan made lotions, candles, and nail polish! And if course the chocolates! Delicious. Hannah made the perfect wrist corsage for my husband and daughter's first daddy daughter dance! It was perfect!!

I was not unsatisfied with the arrangement I ordered for a local funeral in Clare, Mi, but I was dissatisfied that the extra money I paid to have the arrangement made larger and my request to replace pink carnations with white ones was for nothing. The arrangement was as pictured in the photo on the website, at the eighty dollar level, but none of the extra flowers I suggested for the extra twenty dollars I paid were added nor were the pink flowers replaced with white carnations. The worst part is that I called the shop on Monday after the Saturday funeral. I did not hear back so I called again five days later and still have not heard back about a refund or a store credit for the amount I paid extra for items not received. My requests were extremely simple in terms of the things we often ask of florists. A few taller flowers added, a color replacement on carnations, one of the cheapest and most available flowers in the florist industry. I am mostly dissatisfied with the appearance on their side that they hope I'll just stop calling. I will not call again, but I will leave a review of my experience with their customer service response.
