We used Lily’s for our wedding and everything was fantastic! To be honest my mom worked with them more than me but we had a certain budget and showed the colors we wanted (we didn’t have particular flowers in mind, only cost) and let her run with it. My bouquet was so beautiful and perfect!

I've been using Lily's Garden since I first heard about them in Kerrytown, but they've never saved me like they saved my mother's birthday. I called last minute and they still put together a delightful colorful bouquet in a sparkling glass vase and got it to my mom's house in time to save the day... in what was something like a 2-hour turnaround! This certainly was going above and beyond, so they made a customer for life. I've made sure to call early and often when shipping flowers back home in Ann Arbor or around Michigan to use them. Here's cheers to the best flowers in town!

I tried to surprise my girlfriend with flowers. It doesn't say this on their website, but if no one is home, they won't leave them at the door (even if it's inside an apartment building). I didn't give them her phone number, because I wanted to surprise her. Apparently, they won't leave them because of problems with theft or heat. I would have appreciated reading this somewhere on their website; instead, my girlfriend came home to a note saying to call them. Great surprise. This would have been at least forgivable, but I just talked to someone on the phone and they 1) interrupted me constantly, telling me how long they've been in the business, and 2) did not apologize and tried to make it clear that it was all my fault. Great customer service. Great surprise + great customer service = memories to last a lifetime. Thanks Lily's Garden!

I have used Lily's garden a few times. Most recently it was two boutonnieres and two corsages for a wedding--- that was going to happen that weekend (i called on Thursday). Amanda was so easy going to work with. She had everything ready for me to pick up by Friday night!! Of course i didn't get there until Saturday morning-- they were beautiful and so reasonably priced! I have never been disappointed with my orders from Lily's garden I have always been impressed with the quality of flowers and willingness of the staff.

We worked with Gen for wedding bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and a couple ceremony arrangements. We had a very colorful wedding - bridesmaids were in pink, yellow, turquoise, and bright green - and we wanted the 4 colors incorporated in all of the flowers. We gave Gen the swatches, told her I liked daisies and didn’t like calla lilies, and let her take care of the rest. She seemed genuinely excited about the colorful flowers and created gorgeous arrangements for us. We loved everything they made.

I ordered online from overseas to deliver a vase in Ann Arbor. The recipient loves the flowers. I also specified a delivery time that could be tight for them given their opening hours but they did it! I also heard the delivery guy was cute lol.

One of the best customer experiences that I've had. Everyone there is wonderful and extremely helpful. Skip all the big online sites, because they won't be able to deliver the same kind of quality and service that Lily's Garden provides. I came looking for specific flowers and with a very tight time constraint. They came to meet all my needs! 5 Stars
