I got the worst service ever at the Lansing location!! I got my wedding flowers through them and they messed up. They got the date wrong and so they were an hour late the day of my wedding and then they messed up my order. The pew decorations were suppose to be red and white roses and I got a red and white bow. When I called and asked for my money back, the woman that I talked to not only refused to give me a refund, but insulted me!! I was told to shut up and to stop flapping my gums. She insulted my age and my job. She finally hung up on me. When I called back and asked to speak to the owner, I was told that she would call me back and they never did. I finally had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau! I am still waiting to hear back from them. I would not recommend anyone going to this buiness! They are rude and unprofessional!

Dont buy flowers here I had a horribleness experience they're very rude and disrespectful I payed to have the roses delivered to my girlfriend they brought them late and did not give them personally to her I was very upset and was not compensated

Terrible experience. The flowers were beautiful in the store but they are now 3 days later complete trash. They were suppose to deliver my flowers on a certain day and ruined my mother’s surpise by delivering two days before. The flowers are now wellted and turning brown. Will never order from here again!

I went in yesterday and was greeted by Chuck, who was very pleasant to work with. Not only did he greet me right away, (while he was with a customer) but he assured me that he would help me as soon as he could. Once he finished with the customer, he came over & assisted right away. His knowledge for the business and kind demeanor made the process very easy, and he made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. Chuck did a great job in getting the perfect flowers, and he also advised me on the best ways to treat them to ensure they last long. I very impressed by his care and passion for the job,, and me, the customer, but even better, my girlfriend LOVED the flowers!!! Thank you very much Chuck for a great experience! I will definitely be back!

I ordered flowers from Jon Anthony today at 11 am PST and asked them to be delivered same day. I asked for a custom arrangement with three specific colors. Most of the big name national florist websites would not give me the option of delivery today, probably because it's Saturday and was after noon in Lansing. I also could not have made the special request from them. Jon Anthony provided a lovely arrangement with exactly the colors that I asked for in three hours from when I placed the order. I'm so happy that I went with them and would highly recommend them. Thank you for the beautiful arrangement and the excellent service!!

Excellent service!!!! I live in TN and needed to send flowers to a friend traveling to MI in a nearby hotel. For some reason the delivery date was missed, so I called after hours (10 pm) to leave a message and someone answered. I explained what happened and she promised to make the delivery that night! I was blown away. Highly recommend.

I have received terrible service, from the Lansing location. I contacted them about being my florist for my wedding. I scheduled an appointment and took time to meet with them. I worked with Mr. Loveless. Mr. Loveless assured me my wedding date was available, wrote down what I requested and told me he would get back to me within the week. 3 weeks went by and I heard nothing, so I called in for a status update. Mr. Loveless apologized stating that he had been very busy, took my information again and told me he would contact me within a few days. Another 3 weeks went by with zero communication. I called again and AGAIN Mr. Loveless apologized stating he lost my information. He took my information AGAIN and told me he would contact me in a few days. 2 weeks later I heard nothing so I called AGAIN. This time Mr. Loveless stated that he had been sick, but took my information once again and promised he would be sending me an email THAT DAY to review AS WELL as calling to update me. I have heard nothing since and never received an email. I feel I have already given them too many chances so obviously I will be taking my business elsewhere and DO NOT recommend this store. I have never had customer service this poor in my life.
