The plants and flowers are all so beautiful. The lady who helped us was very knowledgeable, which helped in making our decision. We always go there every year for the hanging basket special, and as usual they were outstanding!

I ordered an arrangement yesterday that looked nothing what I had ordered. I called Hyacinth House to tell them and this woman made up every excuse in the work. Ie, we have plenty of orders, we ran out of flowers, we din’t Know ahead of time if Roses won’t last. I didn’t yell at her or call her names, I told her I wanted it replaced, she blamed me for the order and then she hung up on me.

Charged me for delivery when flowers never got to the person.I kindly asked for a refund on just the delivery they said no. They specifically told me to tell them what time they needed to be there and I said 11 am they showed up at 9:45 am when no one was available to answer.They said well we have to have a “window” can’t guarantee 11 am sharp . Okay then why didn’t you tell me the time frame in this window you speak of..If I knew they were coming so early we would have been there of course since my order was almost 70.00.They ended up refunding me my order but never apologized and said they would not refund me for the delivery.So basically I just gave a random flower shop 12 bucks for no reason. I just wish businesses would just say I’m sorry they didn’t follow through with the arrangement to be there at 11(since we knew no other time would work for us and told them that) and just refund the whole thing ,since the customer is always right.Apparently they want to be right.

I sent my mom flowers over a week ago for her 91st birthday and they are beautiful. I asked her today if they were still alive and she said they are as pretty as the day they came. I liked using Hyacinth House because they are local and their delivery charge was a third of the big chain stores on line. Thank you so much Hyacinth House. I will be calling you again.

INSPECT FOR BUGS BEFORE BUYING. Several plants bought at different times over 1.5yrs have all had mites. I have always loved the variety available here, however nesely every plant i get here have had been riddled with spider mites. I got a Dracaena Marginata and a Rubber Plant for valentines day last year. both were very developed and expensive but have so many it took months to successfully get rid of them. A few months later, i made the mistake of mindlessly buying a String of Pearls that was so bad beyond saving that i had to get rid of it. Recently, i bought a plant arrangement in a basket for a sick friend that i also discovered mites on. Another friend of mine bought a $100+ jade plant also riddled with spider mites!!!!!

I just wanna give a shout out to the lady working on September 7th 2019 “I didn’t catch her name” I ordered some sunflowers to my grandmother for her birthday! they are BEAUTIFUL! I recommend them and they delivered on a Sunday! Her customer service was great also!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my sister off the website to be delivered so I never saw what I ordered until she sent me a pic of what was delivered to her. I ordered the Cotton Candy bouquet and what my sister received looked nothing like the picture. I am very disappointed and will never order from Hyacinth House again. Beware if you are ordering online. What you think you are ordering from the picture they have on their website is not at all what they deliver. This place is a big rip off!

I stopped in there today because their geranium planters kept catching my eye every time I drove by, but I just assumed they were pricey because it was a florist. Well when I stopped I was pleasantly surprised by the price and the quality of the planters. I walked into the greenhouse area and their flowers are outstanding. Their hanging baskets are $39.99, but they are currently BOGO free! That makes them cheaper than the big box stores that I went to this weekend for baskets of that size, and the quality does't even compare. Not only that but the customer service was bar none. I went in alone and who I am assuming was the owner carried the hanging baskets to my car and loaded the planters. I will definitely be going back and making the rest of my flower purchases from them this season! I highly recommend!

Wow. I was completely amazed at how much of a selection they had! So many beautiful flowers & plants that we've never seen anywhere else. We went in here looking for a couple of visual specific plants. They gave us so many options, knew the growth patterns & sun/shade amount right off the top of their heads! Each person that we came in to contact with were so very helpful & friendly. We found exactly what we had envisioned. We even bought 2 gorgeous hanging baskets, because they were buy, get 1 free. They even helped wrap them, to prevent damage on our way home. We will be coming back here every year, from now on!

Best flower shop in town, hands down. The people working there are very nice and helpful, the owner Jim is present most of the time and the people behind the cashier are always so welcoming. There is a guy with glasses who is always so nice to me whenever I come in to visit as well. My flowers and plants always look good every time. Their greenhouse is so big with huge selection of different plants and flowers. Worth visiting for sure!!! This is a picture of one of the hanging plants I got from them.

Today is valentines day 2014. I have never special ordered design roses before because I usually just go with roses from Meijer or Quality Dairy (I'm such a romantic). This year I decided to step up my game and actually go to a floral store and Hyacinth house is conveniently around the corner from my home. I stopped in two days ago and had a budget of $30. This bought me four roses, which is actually cheaper than what four roses would usually cost because they cut me a deal all because I could not afford the twelve rose V-DAY special they were running. Well, I came in today and unfortunately they could not find my order. Without even thinking they upgraded my order to twelve roses for the price of $30. Customer care was extremely "loving" unlike anywhere else I've ever been. I will surely go back to this business... Probably forever. Thank you so much guys!

Lovely place just lil pricey, biggest houseplant selection of all the nearby nurseries. I just wish they had prices or a chart somewhere since I hate going up to the cash register and realizing just how much everything costed (40$ was quite the suprise when I was only getting 4 small plants).
