I work for Sam's Club floral, for online purchases. Sometimes we have to call local flower shops to fulfil orders if our vendors drop the ball. This is what happened today, when one of my associates called to place a VERY large order for the member, speaking with Lori, she was quite literally cussed at and told that she was a scammer. Wow, great customer service. Oh well, y'all lost a $600 sale.

This place is very unprofessional and rude. Is not willing to help and hear what you need assistance with. Spoke with someone name Lori. And after she took all of my information, she refused to assist and hung up on me. So not recommend this place to anyone. This entire shop is ignorant. Trash the whole company

This place is horrible horrible the manager was rude to me about my payment I had my bank on the phone telling her they Bank has my money she arguing with the banker I told them to cancel my payment I cancel the flowers as well and this was for someone who loss their mother shame on her and the receptionist have no clue what she doing

I cannot recommend this place more. Being a stereotypical man I know nothing about flowers, I ordered a bouquet of peonies for a very special lady to be delivered to her work. In December. I now understand that peonies are very much a summer flower. After speaking to one of the staff there she advised that they do not have peonies in stock, though she will do her very best to track some down for me. We agreed if not then she would use roses. Low and behold the flowers turn up and they are peonies. I cannot thank happiness is the little flower shop enough. They have just earned a customer for life out of me.

I do not normally write reviews however my Flowers are absolutely Beautiful and creative. My husband sent me flowers at work today to celebrate our 14th Anniversary. They arrived bright and early and as I said are Very Beautiful. From the vase to all of the gorgeous flowers. 100% Recommend this place :-) They even sent him a picture to make sure it was perfect before they delivered. GREAT JOB ! !

I ordered flowers online to be sent to my grandma's funeral since I live out of state. I originally asked for the flowers to be delivered a day earlier than the funeral (just to be safe), but the flower shop sent me an email saying that they would deliver them the day of the funeral because the funeral hall did not like getting flowers too early. I really appreciated that they knew that and emailed me to let me know. The flowers arrived as promised and my family told me they were beautiful.

Everybody posting a good comment, either works there or is a family member/friend. This place is horrible. Do not waste your money. They do not sell what they advertise on their website. I got my order and it looked like they picked up scraps and threw them into a vase. There customer service is horrible. I wouldn't recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

I'm so glad that I went with Happiness Is... for my wedding flowers. Kelly was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the entire process including set up the day of my wedding. The centerpieces, arch, bouquets, and boutonnieres turned out amazing, and I received several compliments from guests and my bridal party. I was looking for something a bit different than the usual wedding flower style, and Kelly was so accommodating and worked with me to come up with a totally beautiful and unique style that stayed within my budget. I promise you will not regret choosing this florist for your wedding flower arrangements!

I worked with this vendor on multiple showers and two weddings. The first for 603 guests and the other for 326. In both cases I was not disappointed. Is this vendor knowledgable and creative? FIVE STAR YES. Is this vendor trustworthy? FIVE STAR YES. I received immediate responses to all phone calls, texts and emails. They met me at venues. I felt they had a sincere interest in making all my events special. Professional in every aspect.

My wife left the center pieces up to me. I met with the staff and they guided me all the way. I gave them ideas of what I wanted. I didn't see exactly what they were going to do until the reception.....They were absolutely amazing. They also handled all the other flowers for the wedding, wouldn't go anywhere else ever again.

I called from NJ on the Friday before Labor Day weekend to order flowers for my son and daughter-in-law's anniversary. Carly was most helpful and professional. She explained that the shop would be closed for the holiday weekend but she could have an arrangement prepared and delivered that afternoon. And she did just that! I had specific colors and ideas in mind and she was able to come up with a fabulous arrangement that exceeded my expectations in just a few hours. Many thanks!

I live in Washington state and I order flowers for my mom and grandma at least 4 times each year from this flower shop. I order them online as that’s easiest. They always deliver gorgeous arrangements on time and they follow my special instructions, too (I once asked the delivery person to tell my mom that she rocks and he did). I’ve never been disappointed. My mom sends pictures of the flowers each time and they’re lovely. Pro-tip- send your mom flowers on YOUR birthday to say thanks for birthing you. Your mom will love it.

Giving 1 star is giving more credit than they deserve. They were rude from the first conversation. I called hoping to have flowers delivered same day. The ignorant woman answering the phone asked if I wanted flowers delivered that day. When I answered, "yes", she stated they could not deliver that day and could only deliver Saturday. A bit confused, I replied, "Well, I guess Saturday will have to do". The flowers were not delivered, so I called Monday (today) to find out what happened. I was told they tried to deliver, but no one was home. I stated that could not be true, because my friend has Ring, and would have known if someone had tried to deliver. Then I was told that the address couldn't be found. To this I stated someone should have known this before they tried to deliver and could have called me, as they had my #. They wanted to keep these now 3 days old flowers in the refrigerator and deliver on Tuesday. I declined and requested they just refund my card. The woman, and I could call her other more accurate but inappropriate names, quickly replied, "fine" and hung up. I WILL NEVER, EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP!!!!!!! Dr. Larry DeVese
