Bought a plant from them which never bloomed and ended up dieing, no support, no customer service... You are better off buying from big companies who will replace plants/flowers within a year of purchase. Over phone I mentioned "had I known they weren't going to support me, that I wouldn't have shopped there" and lady responded with "had I known you were going to buy it I wouldn't have sold it to you". Appalled at the disrespect and lack of customer service.

This place is what I'd call "a high-end home and garden shop". It's full of beautiful accessories and accent pieces, mostly scaled (and priced) for the large affluent homes. Nonetheless, my wife was able to find a lovely little vase and have it artfully filled and securely packaged by the small on-site florist shop (for gifting to a dear friend that evening). Nice!

What a lovely floral + garden shop! It's settled in a beautiful cottage-like atmosphere. The staff is always super welcoming with smiles on and love to give advice about the pretty accents they have. The flower shop is my favorite! It's filled to the gills with all your floral and home decor needs from vases to candles. Fleurdetroit also carries a WIDE selection of blooms in their cooler, even some that you might not expect in a certain season - like peonies!
