Flowers were selected in person four days in advance of my Mother-in laws funeral . So..order on Thursday to deliver on following Monday in Royal Oak. Again hand selected added extras all written down. We get to Sullivans' and the flowers were TOTALLY wrong. The banner read to Mama. She has never been called that by anyone. Called the store and a correct banner was delivered. So how about the correct flowers ? Mama got our expensive flowers we got junk. On Tuesday they gave us a 25% credit for their mistake. Never again.

Patty guided us through the process of figuring out our wedding flowers, and was so kind and helpful. It was all exactly as I'd hoped it would be - each arrangement, from the corsages to the bouquets, were unique and woodsy and just gorgeous. The bouquets were absolutely beautiful, and the boutonnieres were so cool (my groom LOVED his!). We got so many compliments on the colors and the arrangements, and especially the arch and draping. The table centerpieces were so pretty. I just can't say enough good things!!

Worst customer service ever!!!! Never recieved the flowers and the owner is a liar. I was told it was my lack for lack of communication. Driver was lost. My instructions were specific as can be. What the driver did a GPS map to get to the customer. Ridiculous. What ever happen to the customer is always right!!

I'm an Executive Chef and my floral needs can be very demanding. But Dynamic Flowers has an incredible ownership and knowledgeable staff. It's not every day a Master Chef walks into a flower shop and says I need a thousand gorgeous & edible flowers....but when I did, they were extremely helpful. I highly recommend this location for whatever you floral needs may be!

I'm late posting this and i apologize for that. But i must say that Patty is amazing. We chose dynamic flowers for our wedding in August, because of her. I had an untraditional wedding centerpiece, and she pictured what was in my head perfectly! It was under $900 for my entire wedding! Bouquets, boutonieres, corsages, and the reception! I have been Royal Oak resident my whole life and have used Dynamics MANY times!! However this morning I went into their shop to get a quote for 2 bouquets and an order of flowers, and their customer service was awful. First, every other place I had been, even being Mother's Day coming up, took a solid whopping 10 minutes to get me a quote. This person asked if I could make an appointment for after Monday to which I said normally I would but more than likely I will have this done by then. She then asked me what I was wanting, cut me off in the middle and says hold on....comes back about 15 seconds later and says our bridal bouquets start at 100$, and our jr. bridesmaids start at.....(pause) 80$. To thank I said great thanks. I will not ever use this business again nor will I offer up their name as a place to go to. SO SAD coming from a person who has lived in Royal Oak all my life.......

I did not order arrangements from them, but 10 dozen carnations for my wedding reception. My wedding was on December 1st, 2017. I paid for my order a few weeks before the wedding day. On November 28th, I called to confirm that my order was 100% ready to go, paid in full, and to confirm our November 30th pick up time. On November 30th my family members arrived to pick up the flowers and were informed that our order was CANCELLED. These carnations were special ordered in a particular color. My flowers were not there and I was originally told there would be no way to get them in time for my wedding. They had no explanation as to how it was possible for an order that was confirmed two days prior, an order that had been successfully pre-paid, could possibly be cancelled on the day before my wedding. The gross mismanagement of this order caused an hour delay of my rehearsal dinner, as my in-laws were stuck at the flower shop. And it was only after an hour on the phone that I was able to convince them to find the flowers and provide complimentary delivery on the day of my wedding. I shudder to think what would have happened if I had let them have my whole flower order with the bouquets - a situation that would not have allowed a day for correction. This place gave me a great impression at first, but the management of this order and the stress they caused my family and I leads me to strongly recommend that you take your business elsewhere.

Awful business! Ruined my anniversary. Placed order for flowers on Monday to be delivered on Friday to restaurant in Royal Oak. I called on that very Friday to reconfirm the order. My wife and I walk into the restaurant and I speak with the hostess and she says no flowers have arrived. I am very upset and call the florist and they are clueless. I tell them I need the flowers now. Finally after 90 minutes the flowers are delivered. I ordered in advanced and confirmed and they still screwed it up. Do not trust this florist to do a good job. I also never received a follow up call form the owner so that tells you they just don;t care. PS They also somehow deleted the negative review I left about this situation on Yelp but as a consumer we have to call these bad businesses out when they do not offer us the service we paid for. terrible business- use at your own risk.

Friendly, helpful staff can help create a bouquet or arrange one from flowers you pick out. They also have bouquets and potted plants for a fast selection. The shop is very clean, and I've never seen dead or wilting flowers anywhere in their huge variety of available stock.

Went in 1/2 hour before they closed with very little idea of what to get for my girlfriend. I saw a small arrangement that looked great but I wanted something bigger. I gave the florist my budget and she took care of the rest. Also had it delivered the next day for only $8.99 - next day delivery of flowers from "online" shops is $25+. And the arrangement turned out beautifully. I will definitely be shopping here again.

I live in NY and my girlfriend lives in Royal Oak. I sent her flowers for international woman's day (as she's an international kind of woman) and she just had surgery on her foot days ago. The delivery driver saw her struggling (wobbling really) to take the trash to the dumpster some distance away in the cold, he took the trash from her, handed her the flowers and said he'd take care of the trash. Completely made her day!! She loathes the cold and taking out the trash, it made her so happy. Thank you Dynamic Flowers!!!
