I received these flowers as a gift and they are jaw-dropping! This is the best bouquet I have ever had delivered! B/A went out of their way to protect the bouquet from the cold and even came back to my house to deliver them since I wasn't home the first time. I can't recommend B/A enough!!

I've always had a good experience with this local florist, the staff is great to work with and they will do their best to make the customers happy. I ordered a centerpiece recently which was so pretty and lasted much longer than I expected! Product is high quality and their designers are beautiful artists. I will keep buying flowers from them, especially for special occasions.

Knowing your florist is something I would have not valued until planning my wedding. We went with BA over others because of the people. When I went back to BA to have them recreate my wife's wedding bouquet as a first anniversary present, they remembered, wished us a happy anniversary and knew exactly what I wanted. They ship many flower types from all over into the store. I was told they also have local delivery options for orders.

We really enjoyed working with BA Florist! The service was excellent, pricing was very reasonable and the flowers were beautiful. Jill was a joy to work with throughout the whole process. When we originally went to BA Florist to discuss potentially booking for our wedding, we were amazed at how professional and talented Jill was. We had only given a short description and general idea of what we were looking for as far as bouquets and Jill ran downstairs and whipped up a flawless bouquet to show as an example in just minutes! Jill was also very accommodating when we forgot to order an extra corsage after our final payments (oops!) and she willingly added it to the order without any hassle. I highly recommend BA Florist for any of your floral needs!

This is the best Florist in the Lansing/East Lansing area. I was crunched for time and put in an order for centerpieces on the phone, but I needed an email confirmation for paper trail. For some reason Laurie did not get my email and I canceled out. The following day she called to find out if I still needed the flowers. Long story short, we found out it was some un-explainable 'technology glitch'. Anyway, we exchanged contact for future reference and before the end of the day, she sent me the prettiest flower vase ever to smooth the past and start a new beginning'. Today I'm celebrating one year with my flower junkie girlfriend so I called BA. The woman on the phone who's name I recall was Linda went the extra mile to find me a special gift. Ironically my girlfriend doesn't really care to receive just a bunch of flowers in a vase so we had to get creative. Linda steered me towards a beautiful pink colored hibiscus plant in a ceramic vase. It was a HUGE success. She went head over heels after it was delivered. Thank you so much for all your help!!!!
