Tracey just did the flowers for my January 31st wedding. She is amazing! She has great ideas, but is also very easy to work with. She is not pushy. I absolutely loved the centerpieces and the work she put in to help decorate the chapel. Guests were raving about the centerpieces and asking to take them home. The guys boutonnieres were fabulous. I had the greatest experience with her and will go to her for any floral needs. We also used her for my sister's wedding a year and a half ago and she was just as amazing then, too!

Delivery was very speedy, however it was a bit of a dissapointment. I ordered the listing "Bright Seasonal Blooms" from the website. Picture shows very bright colored flowers (my gf isn't much of a traditional roses type of girl) so I went with this to be different and fun. I bought the deluxe version. The flower arrangement is a decent size but the colors look more like something that would be for a boring dreary relationship. I was hoping for a bit more of the "Bright" seeing as that was in the title and everything else on the site was too traditional. Best thing to do would be to call in the order but it was tough for me, we live apart, and I travel a lot for work. In the end I'm sure she will like them but it's not what I expected to get. There is a substitution policy: In some instances, the florists photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. Even knowing this, the dull colors in what I got were not what the theme suggests. Edit: meant to give a 3star initially, not a 2. Delivery was very fast especially on such a busy day.

I called Art in Bloom from RI, and asked them to arrange a bouquet for the funeral of a friend. I had a very long note that I wanted to go with the flowers, and asked if it was possible to write out such a long note by hand. Tracey did - and it was done so beautifully. The arrangement was exactly what I wanted. Awesome service and great sensitivity!

We helped my wife's father order a floral arrangement for his wife on their anniversary. Easy, except that their anniversary is the day after Christmas. Art in Bloom is normally closed on the 26th, but the owner nevertheless delivered the flowers on the morning of the 26th - exactly at 10 AM when she had promised. The flowers themselves were beautiful and my wife's mother, a former garden club president and flower arranger herself, was very impressed. Absolutely perfect service and flowers, we would recommend Art in Bloom highly.

After having a heated conversation with a woman at my doctors office that I consider a friend I wanted to apologize to her and what better way to do that then to send flowers right' I have ordered flowers online before and I never felt I received my monies worth after asking the receiver of the flowers to send me a picture. Well let me tell you' that was most certainly NOT the case with this florist. Tracy is a true artist with just the right vision after taking the information I shared with her to make a classic arrangement that was just enough to show my friend I was sorry for the dispute we had. The flowers were beautiful,I got my $ worth and Tracy was a pleasure to do business with so I'm a new customer'
