Gorgeous lower level flower shop. They have lot of flowers and exotics. If you want Rose's for that special person, expect them to ask you which type of Rose you want. They have several different varieties. This place is Awsome

I called last minute and they were very kind and accommodated for me by custom making a beautiful arrangement and having it sent to my gf at work, all happened very timely. through out the whole experience they communicated both through email and text message, which I felt was above and beyond great customer service.. thank you!!

I ordered flowers for my mother- in -laws passing and they were spectacular!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO other florist can come close to them (they have flowers delivered to Logan in containers) ....Its the BEST PERIOD!!!! I also had a harpist and a video of photos of her life (set to Enya music) it was a very special wake/viewing.I didn't find there price point that much more,as I shopped many florists this week.It was an example for my teenage children how on how to honor a loved one properly (and that is priceless!) If /When they are going to get married they would be the only florist to use!!! Very Pleased!!!

My daughter and I stopped in there on Fri. Dec. 13. My daughter was having a small intimate wedding at the Taj around the corner on Saturday, Dec. 14. The young lady that waited on us was so helpful and friendly. We were only getting a few potted poinsettias and she suggested maybe a bouquet of roses, they were on sale! The flowers were gorgeous and the young lady was so helpful. She wrapped the plants in foil and tied a beautiful red ribbon around them. The bouquest of roses looked abolutely fabulous with the stems all wrapped up in off white satin ribbon! Winston's delivered the flowers to the hotel concierge so we didn't have to make the trek back to get them! I would definitely recommend them to everyone! A +++++++

My daughter, who lives in London, has sent me Winston flowers over the course of a number of years for special occasions. This time she decided to honor the British Mother's Day which was on March 6, 2016. The flowers arrived at my office in Duxbury, Ma wide open and lasted just two days. My daughter wrote to Winston Flowers to tell them about this disappointing arrangement and experience. There has been no response from Winston Flowers management. This should tell you something about the company's philosophy regarding customer satisfaction. I, for one, have discouraged my family from ever using this company again. I am deeply disappointed in the company's attitude (arrogance?) and would have expected an acknowledgement from the company at the very least. Buyer beware!
