I've used Waltham's Florist several times to send my wife flowers at work. They always have really nice arrangements that actually end up looking like the photos on their site, which I think is great. They deliver fast (Today I ordered at 10:30am, and the delivery was at 2:30pm) which I think is awesome. Never had a problem, highly recommended.

WOW!!!!!!! Received a beautiful bouquet of roses today from Walthams Florist and I am super impressed with how large the bouquet is and the freshness of the roses! Just exquisite! Also the order was placed online at 10:30A and the flowers were delivered at 11:15A!!!!!!!!!!! Amazing customer service! Highly recommended. I will definitely be using this florist in the future

This is hands down the best Flower Shop in Massachusetts. I refuse to use any other shop for my flower needs. The staff is friendly and helpful, the work that the do is above and beyond what you see anywhere else. I love them so much, they are handling my wedding flowers in October. Over the past year I have used Waltham's Florist about 5 or 6 times! Each time they delivered the same exceptional service, quality and professionalism. One of the events I used them for was my wedding. My bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets were stunning. I was beyond happy with them. I didn't even look anywhere else for my flowers, I knew this was the place for me. They deliver when you want, where you want and are always on time! The flowers for my sisters shower were out of this world. Anytime in the future that I need flowers, this is the place I will go. The staff has always accommodated any request I have had. Love this place a million times and I am so happy I found it!

Great Florist. Very on the ball. I ordered the purple Orchid, but sadly they no longer had the item in stock. Someone from the florist called and offered a white one instead, which I happily accepted. Then the florist called again, saying they did not feel comfortable sending out the white orchid, as they were not happy with the quality. They upgraded my purchase (comping the difference) to a beautiful orchid arrangement and I could not have been happier. Really wonderful service.

I had such a lovely experience ordering with Jimmy. He was in the middle of a funeral order when I called so he took down all my information to call me back in a few minutes - when I missed his call, he left me a very helpful and kind voicemail and remembered me when I called back a few minutes later. He then was able to tell me if they had the flowers I was looking for in stock and took a detailed order which he happily dictated back to me. I requested a picture of the flowers which I received promptly after they were arranged. The delivery was quick and the arrangement was gorgeous and just what I envisioned. Very pleased with my experience. It made ordering flowers locally from halfway across the country (Missouri) simple and enjoyable. This is the kind of customer service experience you hope to have.

A colleague sent flowers to me as a thank you.. I was having lunch with friends when my cellphone rang, but I didn't pick up. About an hour later as I pulled into my driveway, a car pulled in right behind me.. a woman got out and immediately started saying in an annoyed voice "I've been trying to call you- I called your home and cell- I have to deliver these flowers." I hadn't been expecting flowers and it's not my job to make sure I'm home for the florist, but I was polite and delighted that my colleague was thoughtful enough to send them. It was a Christmas cactus with deep pink blooms in a box with red tissue paper, so lovely to see. But once I'd removed the box and paper, I found that the pot was a dirty and scratched simple clay pot. I love the look of the clay pots, but I know they are super inexpensive and couldn't believe they would use a dirty one- with no drain plate for the bottom, which would have cost about.25 cents. I tried to scrub it clean but the stains won't come off.. So it was a disappointment.
