I had a truly "hazy Idea" of what I wanted when I came in for my first wedding meeting and their wedding planner Allison took my ideas and made it more beautiful then I could've ever believed! Allison and her wedding staff made the flower picking experience truly wonderful! The day of the wedding I had nothing to worry about and was more than confident and her amazing abilities! I not only needed same day delivery but requested delivery in a few hours. Even thought the delivery driver had already left to service the area I lived in, they made an exception and sent him out to my area again. The flowers were delivered in less than 1 hour. Wow! I am so impressed. I called The Frugal Flower this morning at 9:30AM desperately hoping they’d be able to deliver some flowers to my girlfriend by noon the same day. (I wanted to get to something to her before she left the office early for the holiday weekend.) The person who took my order said “... shouldn’t be an issue” — which was not the “absolutely” I was hoping for, but was good enough given the fact no other florist I called was wiling to give me any sort of commitment at all. Well, she txt’d me less as hour later with a pic of a stunning arraignment that made her very, very happy. Exactly what I was hoping for! 5-stars AND new loyal customer (she lives and works nearby, so she’ll be getting flowers from FF again someday for sure). It’s so nice to find a local business that still offers this attention to the customer’s needs! Way to go guys... Thank you Frugal Flower!

Allison and Frugal Flower were amazing. I interviewed several florists but Allison really took the time to understand my vision and helped me figure out what I wanted to and the reality better than I could have imagined. I chose to do blue, white and yellow flowers and Allison was able to make a centerpiece for my bridal shower so I could see what it would look like! Our guests were so impressed with how beautiful everything turned out especially the escort card table (we rented glass globe vases from Allison.) They decorated the pergola beautifully as a chuppah and it was so comforting to know that they had a portable one they could use if the weather forced us inside. Thank you Allison! We would recommend them to anyone needing beautiful flowers for any occasion!

I used them for the flowers that I proposed to my wife with (2015). They were extremely helpful! Placed the flowers in the chapel with a custom note on them and coordinated very well with the staff at the Wayside Inn. They were also able to recreate a similar arrangement a few years later based off the prior orders notes. While the first bouquet was beautiful it was not quite what the original was but after sending them a picture they remade it to near exactly the same. I will definitely be using them in the future for all my floral needs. Very helpful and accommodating staff and gorgeous flowers!

I was lucky to get a recommendation to use The Frugal Flower from the venue where my wedding took place. The centerpieces that were included in the package were gorgeous. I was extremely impressed by how accurate they were per my suggested description. I ordered additional flowers (bouquets and boutonnières) and I was extremely happy with the result. I appreciated that Allison was responsive and available for questions and she was punctual to send an estimate and adjust it to my limited budget. They were also extremely flexible when we asked to deliver our flowers earlier and in time for our photos. I would definitely recommend The Frugal Flower to my friends and family for future events.

I would give this florist 10 stars! They created a Scottish theme for my moms 80th birthday at the Wayside Inn Restaurant. Used actual Scottish thistle and heather in centerpieces and mantle decorations.. Tied each napkin with floral and ribbon.. Used tartan scarves as table runners and draped moms chair in same tartan material. The room was gorgeous! Customer service efficient and costs affordable.. Will definitely call them again

If you want to rely on your flowers being delivered, pick another company. I asked for a credit since they didn't deliver the flowers on time. I asked why they did not try to call the contact numbers (either the one who placed the order or the recipient to let them know they were not going to deliver the flowers.) No apology. Just that they said their policy was they could give me a refund or re-deliver the flowers a day late. This is a competitive business, if you want your flowers to arrive on time, I would choose the 10 other options you will have at your disposal. I hope they choose to treat their customers better in the future.

Although I reside in Florida most of my family and many of my friends live in the Wayland/Sudbury/Marlborough region. I am a faithful customer of Frugal Flower as they have never disappointed me or my loved ones, and I have always been able to count on them from a far to provide the best quality bouquets, and timely delivery! Three years ago, they delivered several arrangements to a venue for my mother’s surprise milestone birthday in a snowstorm without fail. Last year, the arrangement for my friend’s surgery brought more nurses to enter her room than she had wanted (lol)! Just recently, I had ordered another arrangement for a family member and they actually brought the flowers to a restaurant as a surprise! We picked Allison at Frugal Flower after speaking with about 10 florists. We had our consultation where I basically told her I know very little about flowers but pointed to ones I like and gave her my vision for our overall wedding. She came in with a reasonable price, but I was expecting I'd never get the flowers I REALLY wanted that were a lot more expensive. Fast forward to my wedding day, my bouquet showed up and my jaw dropped! It was exactly what I had in my mind that I couldn't put into words! The most beautiful bouquet I had ever seen! Everyone kept commenting on it. She also provided boutonnieres and corsages for the parents and my wife. We had purchased faux eucalyptus garland for all of our tables and asked her if she could add fresh flowers to them sporadically. She brought dahlias and mums that look like dahlias, seeded eucalyptus, berries, and roses to add into the garland. It was gorgeous! She also brought flowers for the cake. I love my bouquet so much I currently have it hanging to dry out because I want to save it for a long time. Throughout the entire process, she was responsive and on top of everything I threw at her. Great decision, highly recommend!
