Attention to detail should be paramount to a florist. It’s their job right? Wedding flowers were prepared for my beautiful friend and this shop was entrusted with an item that was supposed to be part of the bride’s bouquet. Regretfully, this precious item was overlooked and therefore was not combined in my friend’s bridal bouquet. She was deeply saddened by this lack of attention to this very important detail. There is no excuse for this. Make a note, put a reminder in your phone... there are too many options for reminders these days if you find you’re so busy that you begin to overlook important details. No excuse. Period.

Her favorite color was purple and one of the owner's stayed on the phone and relentless found the purple flowers needed in January to make her wish come through. The flower shop is the best place in the area for flowers! They are always fresh and beautifully put together. Also, they have a shop filled with hand made, unique gifts for loved ones - I bought a gorgeous winter wreath for my front door and receive compliments often. The Flower Shop has been my go to flower shop in Norman for the last 7 years! (Previously the Wright's Flower Shop) I love their selection, the kindest and most helpful staff and they eye for great items/floral to have in the shop! Sometimes I stop by in a hurry, just to browse or with a specific request and they have always been able to help me! I am so grateful to have a local business like The Flower Shop to shop at to make special moments extra special. Also, I recently took a class with them, if you get a chance, you should too! It was a great evening with friends, a fun project and some pretty amazing treats!

Phenomenal arrangement and customer service. I ordered an arrangement for a sister’s birthday after seeing gorgeous examples of previous work on their website, Facebook, and Instagram. I received a text message with link to the receipt of purchase and a photo of the arrangement the day before delivery. The flowers were everything and more. Look no further for the best in Norman. This photo was provided by The Flower Shop via text before the arrangement was delivered at work to a family member.

Very disappointed. When I called the lady who answered the phone didn’t have a clue about anything I was asking for. I needed a peace lily. What Flowershop doesn’t carry them!? Well when the lady found out the answer she is unable to order them unless I order bulk. Really? Don’t waste your time.

Ordered an arrangement for my wife for Mother's Day to be delivered to her work the Friday before. I paid for the $80 arraignment and what was delivered looked slightly smaller than the $65 arraignment shown on their website. It wasn't delivered until 2:30pm in the afternoon. They charged a $5 service fee on top of a $10 delivery fee. For a total of $100 with tax I would have expected better. I won't be using them again.

The staff was absolutely charming. I purchased flowers for my mother's funeral. They were incredible. They listened to everything I said the flowers were exceptional quality. They looked liked an old fashioned garden. A separate piece was a heart, it was perfect,graceful elegance. Not traditional carnations and Gerber daisies it was Rose's and other umique flowers perfectly beautiful. The casket cover was made in sections with low vases. We were able to give amazing arrangements to family members. I cant say enough and the price was incredibly competitive. Highly recommend ! They will individualize any request. A hidden floral treasure in Westfield.

If you have not been to The Flower Shop you must go! First of all, whatever you can imagine they can do. Their creativity goes above and beyond any other florist’s ability. Their arrangements are unique and personal. The feeling when you walk into The Flower Shop is warm and welcoming. The only way I can explain the feeling this shop brings is with one word- Love. If you ask the owners how they built such a wonderful establishment they will tell you all about their amazing son Ken. You can certainly feel his energy throughout the Shop. Now let’s talk about the Shop! The decor is done to a T. Their gift shop has everything you can imagine. My suggestion is to take your time looking through everything as they have so many wonderful items for all occasions!

I recently ordered an arrangement for my mom just because she is an awesome mom and the arrangement was amazing. I requested the arrangement for the day before Easter, not realizing the timing of my request. The only guidance I provided was that I wanted it to be colorful, no lilies, and be something substansial. I was a little nervous that it would be full of Easter leftovers and be all pastels but my concerns were completely erased the moment I saw the arrangement. Over the past few days, the blooms that were completely shut have begun to open slowly and beautifully. They are filling out the arrangement even further. I am utterly impressed about how perfect the arrangement is, especially since I provided so little guidance on what I wanted.

I called a few florists in Norman before reaching The Flower Shop, and the experience over the phone had been unpleasant with others I spoke to. When Monica answered at The Flower Shop she was friendly and helpful and immediately had a few options for the birthday delivery we had in mind. I thought the prices were excellent and she helped me choose a beautiful potted plant, giving me options for different items at different prices at each step of the transaction. There was no pressure to add more to the gift or go over my budget. I know the plant is beautiful because she offered to text me a picture of the Azelias in the pot I chose and it was so much better than I had expected. Large, healthy plant in a rustic ceramic or clay pot. I tried to upload a photo - but if it is not attached to this review it may be attached to the business listing. Even the composition of the photo was beautiful! I could not be happier with the friendly service and beautiful flowers. I will definitely be calling The Flower Shop again in the future.

Just received a gorgeous Spring bouquet created at The Flower Shop. I have to say it is the loveliest bouquet I have ever received. It is very full, with carnations, lilies, roses, daisies, and a plaid bow that coordinates with the pinks, yellows and greens in the arrangement. It was my birthday and I was out for the day. The shop left 2 messages on my home phone and a door nob notice. When I got home and called, the shop had closed but I called the urgent number given. The shop owner answered and we agreed it would be delivered the next morning. About 20 minutes later my doorbell ranges. The owner's husband had come to deliver the flowers so I could have them on my birthday. I was grateful and impressed with their going the extra length to please a customer. First rate business!

My husband and I recently got married and used The Flower Shop for our wedding. Shauna and her team did such an amazing job on our large order that included centerpieces, bouquets, alter decorations, aisle petals, boutonnieres, corsages, and a few other arrangements. During our two consultations, Shauna shared plenty of great ideas and money-saving tips so we could stay within our budget. She was also always very responsive to emails if I had any additional questions. We showed her some pictures/examples of what we were looking for and she delivered flowers that were even better than we could have expected! It’s been 3 weeks since the wedding and we continue to receive compliments from our guests on how beautiful the arrangements were and how they still have them in their homes on display. Additionally, her team delivered the flowers to our venue right on time, despite the long drive. When my husband and I walked into the reception room after our first look and before the ceremony, everything was already set up and the flowers truly brought our vision to life!
