Btw This is the first review I ever left for a business Just got flowers delivered for my wife’s bday and it arrived with someone else’s card ( no problem) they offered to deliver the the correct card to her. Presentation is everything if you order a pepperoni pizza and they deliver a cheese pizza they don’t bring pepperonis for you to put on yourself it’s a total package Deal because it looks like it’s someone else’s arrangement when I spoke with her on the phone I did not curse or say anything rude to her but I was angry she could not deal with this and kept talking about her feelings and how she felt?? Lol it’s a business your supposed to ask the customer how can I fix this? Never order here again!

The customer service at this shop is always spot on with warm, friendly, and knowledgeable employees and the flowers are absolutely gorgeous and last quite a while as long as you take care of them properly. Also, their homemade candles smell fantastic and burn clean and last a long time.

They are super professional, great with communication, and talk about creative!! Joanna’s designs constantly amaze me- lots of great textures and different blooms, not your typical arrangements. So if you’re looking for flowers for an event, delivery, or just to jazz up a specific space, definitely stop by the Flower Mill.

If I could rate The Flower Mill higher than a 5, I would. Joanna and her team are fabulous in so many ways. They’re an absolute pleasure to work with — so helpful and kind and the quality of work is spectacular. They’re my go-to florist going on 5 years now and the many arrangements I have received I’m still blown away by the endless creativity and beauty. Joanna is super cool and easy to work with and she believes in supporting local businesses and purchases her stems from local farmers — another major plus that you don’t come across very often anymore. Her shop in downtown Lowell is really something to experience so if you ever get the chance to stop in, definitely do. I’d also 100% suggest ordering and letting Joanna and her team take reign on the design. What they create is far superior than anything I think most people can dream up. I recently ordered 7 arrangements for a celebration and had strangers, restaurant staff, etc. all asking where I had gone. Seriously look no further, you will not be disappointed!

Owner did not take it well when I was unhappy with the design and was told there was nothing she could do to fix it. Definitely needs to work on customer service skills. I took the flowers to another florist who listened to me and fixed them exactly as I requested. Too bad, won't go there again.
