Absolutely the best florist in the Boston area. The owner went above and beyond customer service to help me with putting together a bouquet of flowers last minute for a special occasion. The flowers are great and service is superb!

I've come by Crimson Petal several times for flowers on the way home from work, and have had uniformly good experiences. The selection is very good, the owner is very kind and helpful, she makes great suggestions, it's just a great local florist. The one area which needs help is staff - there's sometimes a wait when the owner is there alone and working with someone. That's probably why another reviewer couldn't get through. But dude, one missed phone call and you gave the place one star? What kind of pathetic review is that?

Don’t count on surprise deliveries, they may disappoint you. For store money first, so if there is bigger job you will be put at the bottom without notification. They will call party that you like to surprise, and no more surprise. And this is 2 time. This is not way run this type of services.

Due to a computer glitch, the order I placed for my 89 yr-old mother for flowers for Valentine's Day never made it to The Crimson Petal. When I called at the end of the day to find out what happened, the owner was very apologetic, and despite the fact that it was the end of a florist's busiest day - and the middle of a blizzard - she brought flowers to my mother on her way home. They are beautiful - my mother was delighted - Crimson Petal is awesome.

This florist offers tremendous services and goes the extra mile for customers. Crimson Petal created a gorgeous and original arrangement for me and then delivered it not once but three times because the local hospital wouldn’t accept it for an overnight stay. I recommend this florist highly! Great aesthetic skill and phenomenal follow through.

The Crimson Petal did everything right: they made the ordering process easy, delivered a beautiful arrangement when they said they would, and made my mother-in-law's 90th birthday special. They even sent an email to let me know the flowers had been delivered. Nice touch! I'm impressed by their customer service!

After my florist stopped responding to my emails, I had to find another. I came into this shop, and I could not be happier that I did. Lee and her staff were so knowledgeable, sweet and were able to work with me a week out from my wedding. They were a genuine pleasure to work with.

Courteous staff. I ordered a bouquet and they tried to deliver it twice. Being considerate business owners, they didn't want to leave it in the freezing weather so they took it back to their location to keep it warm. Great communication and beautiful arrangement. Would use again.
