I had the worst experience. First attempt to deliver my flowers they left a note to call them.when I called I was told they would not leave the flowers it was not save. I asked them to leave the flowers in the secure hallway at my apartment. The deliver the flowers and left them outside the building on the front steps in the cold and for anyone to take. Today the flowers already dying. Never would use them again.

Nice flowers but it didn't have the same feel/look as the one on the website. I've been used to much better quality of arrangements from this store for the past 20 years, I have been a very loyal customer but in the past year or so things have changed a bit, not dramatically but at the same time I'm concerned the service/quality of arrangements is not as high level as it used to be. We will see what happens in 2019 when I was planning to order at least a few more times but my return to this business will depend on the way the next floral arrangement will turn out. The bouquet I've ordered a few weeks ago was "Wishes and Kisses" in the white square vase (website) and this is what my friends received - arrangement in the round white vase (see photos). Very disappointing in my view.

Absolutely beautiful arrangement. Walked in in a hurry as I forgot a floral arrangement for a small party at my house. The owner worked with me and whipped something up very beautiful.. super happy!! Highly recommend!!

I called in advance, Feb 11th, for flowers to be delivered to my sister on Feb 14th. The delivery was great, but there was no card! I wrote a nice little note and age didn't even get it. Nor did she know who sent them! My sister called me to ask if I sent them. I was so pissed! Completely ruined the surprise. Very disappointing.

I was in a panic because the one thing my ex-husband had to do was order for my daughter’s prom was the boutonniere and wristlet. Well surprise, surprise he forgot to do ONE thing, he said he would do! I called many places and they would not take my order as it was too close to Prom day. When I called Flowers By Rodgers, I was greeted by a friendly voice that saved my daughter’s senior prom! They did a beautiful job on the wristlet and boutonniere! Both were gorgeous and exceeded my expectations! I would recommend Flowers By Rodgers to anyone for any occasion, they were accommodating, friendly, and went above beyond the call of duty.
