I ordered my wife flowers for Valentine’s Day while traveling overseas. The flowers were never delivered. I called Salvy the next day only to hear a bunch of excuses about the driver getting confused. Neither my wife nor I received any phone call to help the driver find our location. Since Valentine’s Day was already over I asked the gentlemen on the phone to give me my money back. Few minutes later my wife received a call informing her that I place the order on time but the driver got confused and they will deliver the flowers the next day for no charge. As of today almost a week after my wife still hasn’t received the flowers and I still didn’t get money back. I will never use this place again.

This was my 1st time using Salvy the Florist and I was very, very happy. I spoke with the owner and he was extremely pleasant and professional. After he took the order he told me that I would receive a photo of the arrangement after it was completed. Honestly I had never heard of this practice in all my years of ordering flowers. They also did a great job tying in the other family flowers together, so that each looked unique but flowed well with the others. I've never heard of this place until my brother asked for me to place an order for him. I was amazed with the prices and photos online immediately. We needed the arrangement done within really short notice. The compassion, professionalism and customer service were exceptional. I had forgotten to include some info; right after the order was placed I got an email from Salvy. It was gentile, and polite, asking for the missing info. The arrangement? No words can describe how beautiful it was in person. The photos online did it no justice.

I've ordered many a bouquet, gift basket, and holiday wreath from Salvy's outstanding family business, both for in store pickup and delivery, including several custom orders. The products are always high quality, staff always helpful, and delivery always timely, without exception. Most recently, Salvy's went above and beyond their usual greatness. I was looking for a large house plant of an exotic variety which they did not carry in stock. Within 36 hours, however, Salvy's had found the perfect house plant for me and delivered it to my door! Without your guidance, I would have overlooked ordering a piece for my mom's siblings to have at her funeral. All are elderly, and not able to organize something like this. It was a beautiful piece, and my elderly uncle was so pleased. The other 2 could not make the funeral but were happy to see it via the email notification you send. So impressed with Salvy the Florist. I wanted to send flowers in the Northshore area of Massachusetts, but I live in the UK so was worried about how the arrangement would look. I emailed asking for a same day delivery and asked for a special arrangement to be created. I spoke with Anthony when I called to make the payment and he reassured me it was going to be a gorgeous arrangement. And it definitely was!! They asked me when it was best to deliver the flowers which was great because it was a nice surprise for when my mom arrived. She was so amazed with how gorgeous the flowers were.
