I recently bought an upgraded arrangement off the Russell’s Florist website and it went perfectly. Russell’s florist has a dedicated staff of knowledgeable florist’s that can help you find or create anything you are looking for. I was slightly nervous about ordering an arrangement online but in the end I could not be more pleased with the final result. It looked like a work of art! 11/10 would recommend to anyone looking for something special and beautiful!

Beeee-OND irritated. I phoned Friday to order an Birthday arrangement for my mother. I am in Orlando and believe in phoning direct to avoid the middleman and support local ( I am from MA), so I googled Gloucester Florists . I explained the gentleman on the phone I had a photo selected off his site, yet wanted to UPGRADE it. He stressed he would and I $$compensated$$ them for that. Onlyyyyyyyy to have my Mom post a photo of what was delivered the next day. I almost passed out when I saw it!! NOT ONLY was it NOT an upgrade it was NOT even as nice as the basic photo. This was to be an extra sentimental Birthday as I know my Mom had been missing hers dearly. I wanted to hug her via flowers from far away and, well...all she got was a, Meh; at best, a grocery story arrangement.
