Ordered the zen artistry - premium through zen flower and it is nothing like the picture. Substituted in cheaper flowers and the arrangement was awful. If you cannot fulfill the request, perhaps you should have let Teleflora know. Will be complaining to Teleflora.

And, everyone loved the flowers when delivered! He's the fourth generation owner of this business and his caring customer service explains why they've been in business for so many years. I'll know who to call when I need flowers for friends and family in the Quincy area.

The delivery service was unacceptable! They promised delivery between a one and a half hour window, but deliver was 5 hours LATER than expected. Just awful that my mom had to sit home ALL day waiting for a flower delivery. They use a 3rd party delivery service that is not reliable. The staff kept giving me excuses all day as to why the flowers hadn't been delivered yet, and the driver confirmed that what the staff told me wasn't true. Ugh! In the end the flowers are beautiful but an overall lousy experience!!

This Christmas, a flower delivery came to my office and I said to my manager, wow, look what you're getting! Well, they were for me! My husband told Quints he wanted my eyes to pop! This was a 3 foot tall arrangement of flowers, the most exquisite I've ever seen. They were amazingly beautiful. Scott at Quints, thank you so very much, those were very special indeed!!

Well I don't know where to begin about Quint's Florist. But by far the best I have ever dealt with anywhere. Scott is just a very kind person that takes your floral arrangement needs and adds a personal touch. I have him send flowers monthly to my wife and they are always exquisite. Although we have never met I consider Scott a friend and would recommend anyone I know to use Quint's Florist. I know I will never use another florist in the Boston area.

I had a truly amazing experience as a new (and now loyal) customer of Quint's - in both the quality of service and the "wow" factor of the floral arrangement. I was lucky enough to speak with Scott (the 4th generation owner) directly and right away could tell how much Scott cared about his business and it's customers. I could also tell that he empathized with my order (buying flowers for a romantic 'thank you') and that it translated into how the flowers were arranged. The delivery as also superb. The delivery driver notified me when they arrived at the delivery location, and even took a picture of where they left the flowers. This was much appreciated and reduced any stress I may have felt. Thank you to the team at Quint's! I'll be back again soon :)
