Wonderful work. A friend's mom passed away, and the funeral ended up being the next day. Called them on a SUNDAY morning, and by that afternoon they had deliver an absolutely beautiful arrangement to one of the funeral homes in Haverhill. So thankful for their fast service on a Sunday. Reasonable prices as well.

Lovely new flowershop that opened up, with great delivery service :) Will definitely be returning. (the address on google maps is wrong, this flowershop was located in downtown Haverhill, near the train station)

My boyfriend sent me flowers from this place as a lovely surprise, but they delivered a day later than promised to him. The flower arrangement itself has very lovely lilies, but the roses are not fresh (they have already begun to wilt) and they put some interesting dried purple flowers as well. I would recommend going to this place in person - the potential is there but you probably get better product if you can select yourself.

I cannot believe the horrible customer service I have received by this flower shop. I don’t even understand how this place is even open for business. I ordered flowers to be delivered 4 days prior the delivery date. Charged my card right away. Never delivered my flowers to my sick grandmother the day they were supposed to so I called them all day during their open business hours and they never answered the phone. Finally about 6pm they answered the phone with someone who doesn’t even speak English and told me to hold on while they argued in Spanish with another person very loudly for 10 or 15 min right on the phone for the customer to hear. Finally after talking to about 5 different people they agreeded to refund me my money and get the flowers out that night which at that point i appreciated. More than a week later now they still have not refunded me my money and when I tried to call about it they once again had someone who doesn’t speak English answer the phone and tell me to hold on while they scream at someone in Spanish back and fourth. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and i never ever write reviews but had to with this one because the people running this shop are unbelievably unprofessional!!
