Great selection of plants and flowers. The people who work here are amazing and so kind. I’ve been here twice - the first time to buy succulents for a gift and the lady included water trays for free and repotted them in the small planters I brought in for me and wrapped them up with tissue paper for me as well. The second time I came in was to buy some potting soil for my planters and the man ringing me up gave me some extra soil he had (half of an 8qt bag) to me for free to make sure I had enough!

So I was trying to order flowers for my girlfriend up in Boston from New Jersey. I called this flower store not really knowing what exactly I had in mind and the lady that picked up the phone really didn't help me out at all. Overall, it felt like she was trying to rush me. She kept referencing me to order from the website, where I really wouldn't get any customization that I look forward to from a florist. All in all, they really need to do a better job of accommodating and welcoming a new customer, because they just lost a potential one right here.

Terrible delivery service, had a Tuesday delivery for roses to business right on Washington St, placed early in morning, several calls were made to business BUT BY 3 P.M. still not delivered. Terrible customer service, had to cancel order!!

Was buying roses from here several times and was happy about everything. But yesterday (30mins from each other) me and my friend bought same roses and even compared it. I was charged 85 dollars (supposed to be long stem) and he 45 dollars. Next time will look for other place to buy flowers. Thank you for your business.
