Needham Florist exceeded all my expectations when creating 2 floral arrangements for the grand opening of my son's business. After discussing the concept that I was hoping to capture the florist made a special trip to pick out 2 very specific containers that would fit the decor of the business. I felt compelled to write because we are forever searching for a reliable florist. My husband sent me flowers from Needham Florist for my birthday and they could not be more gorgeous. I honestly don't think I've ever seen such a beautiful arrangement (aside from the flowers at our wedding!) The flowers are fresh, vibrant and perfectly situated in a lovely vase. They smell fabulous and are brightening up my whole kitchen on this rainy day. The arrangement is exactly as pictured on the florist's website (we've had some disappointing experiences ordering arrangements off of other florists' websites - the actual bouquet hardly ever resembles the website pictures). I cannot wait to use Needham Florist for future special occasions and am thrilled to support a local business.

It is a beautiful shop with beautiful flowers and gifts for everyone. I came in because I needed a flower or two for my guinea pig's grave. Julie helped me with finding the perfect flower, and then she wrapped it up nicely. I also ended up getting something for my mom. I told Julie that my mom loves orange. Julie told me that it is her favorite color too, and she showed me all of the orange flowers for my mom. I also got a bracelet and she even gave me a balloon for free! The flowers here are beautiful and they last a long time (my guinea pig's rose still looks good!)." Julie, I loved going to your store and talking to you. I am going to come by soon and bring my mom. I never write reviews but I was compelled to do so after the outstanding customer service that I received. I was pressed for time and almost forgot my mom's Birthday. I called frantically at 2:00pm to have flowers delivered but after giving the girl all of the details I realized that I didn't have my wallet on me! . The owner told me not to worry, that she would still send out the flowers to my Mom and that I could call her back when I had the credit card. Seriously what business would ever do this? I thought it was too good to be true, until my mom called to thank me for the gorgeous flowers that were delivered to her (in under an hour!). I am so grateful and appreciative to Needham Florist. Needless to say, I did call them to provide payment as soon as I arrived home. Thank you for exceeding all of my expectations! My mom loved the flowers. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

I am so pleased with Needham Florist. I called at 3:00pm to have flowers delivered to my daughter who was having a bad day, the girl who took my order was nice and promised that she would take a last minute delivery. We are very lucky to have a fabulous, friendly & accommodating florist here in Needham. They are truly amazing! It was my son’s 5th birthday and I wanted to have a balloon bouquet delivered to our home (everyone loves surprises, even a 5 year old). When I called Needham Florist, they asked me his age & theme. I told them that he loves trucks/cars. Well, the balloon bouquet arrived.....aside from cute & age appropriate Happy Birthday mylars, they also included a jumbo #5, fire truck, police car & construction truck Mylar balloons! Oliver was so excited! I was expecting a generic balloon bouquet but they really went above and beyond! I highly recommend Needham Florist!!

Easy, simple, pleasurable experience. Called them directly to arrange a flower delivery a week in advance. The man I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and made sure all my questions were answered. Week later, flowers arrived on time first thing in the morning and were exactly what i ordered! Very satisfied and will definitely use them again.
