I called Methuen Flowers in December to have several arrangements sent to Florida. Maria was wonderful - she listened to what I was hoping to have sent and made several very good suggestions. The 3 recipients were thrilled and told me they were gorgeous and unique. Recently Maria designed an arrangement for a large inaugural event being held at Palmers Restaurant. The room was filled with people and decorations yet Maria's arrangement stood out and received many compliments from the guests and staff. I would not hesitate to use Methuen Flowers anytime I have a need for a lovely and surprisingly affordable floral arrangement. Simply the best I have ever used!

Methuen Flowers was tremendously accomodating to me when I needed to change my order from a floral basket to send to a cousin in hospice to brighten her final days, to an arrangement for her wake, since she passed away after I had placed the order, but before the delivery of the flowers. I requested a change of delivery date, change of card, and change of delivery location on their website the night before the delivery was scheduled, and got back a kind response almost immediately (well after the close of business hours) All the requested changes were made, and the flowers were gorgeous at the wake yesterday. I was so pleased with them, but thought that taking a photo of them during a wake would be inappropriate, so I don't have a photo to share. I cannot praise this company enough for their quality of the flowers and the fantastic customer service and kindness!

I called Methuen Flowers in hopes of finding a florist a few weeks before my wedding and was lucky I found Maria! She answered all my questions, was helpful, and responsive. I needed altar arrangements, corsages, a bouquet, etc. and they all exceeded my expectations when I saw them on my wedding day. My bouquet was beautiful and the colors were gorgeous. I asked for altar arrangements in the Church and 2 separate arrangements for the Virgin Mary and St. Joseph and what I received was even better than what I'd pictured! Maria takes the time to listen and cares about her customers. Highly recommended!

I loved working with Maria from Methuen Flowers. I called her from Maine for advice about a funeral arrangement and she was very helpful, giving me good information about size, which flowers and colors to use, and ribbons I could add. She also sent me a an online photo of the arrangement when it was done. Most important, though, was that the arrangement was very creative and beautiful .She used interesting spring-colored flowers and it really stood out among the other arrangements. A relative of the deceased even commented on how beautiful it was.I would highly recommend using this florist.

Amazing experience! So I don’t live nearby and was trying desperately to get something special for my long-distance partner, becoming quite skeptical about what I could do. I went through a lot of shops and they’d just tell me “too busy, call later” or be extremely hasty and eager for me to buy blindly and get over it. Imagine that. As a man that doesn’t quite settle for the mediocre, that was not gonna work for me. I had to be sure the flowers were beautiful or what was the point, right? Thankfully, I finally arrived at this shop, and found the sort of customer service I hadn’t experienced in a long time. This man “Josh” understood my concern and immediately agreed to sending pictures over text, as well as to changing a couple of things to beautify the arrangement without a single complaint! He called me at least three times to make sure everything was perfect and finally even delivered after store closing hours just so I could surprise her when she came home from work, instead of just telling me to send it to her workplace! I am truly grateful for the happiness he helped me bring her. This man’s an angel, and I’m glad to hear it’s a family business. I wish them great success.
