I called to inquire about the cost of fire wood. I was quoted $200 plus a delivery charge to my town. I asked several other questions about long-horned beetles that the woman answering the phone could not answer, but said she would find out and get back to me. She called me back and left a message saying that the wood was from Maine and it was seasoned ready to burn. When I called to place the order the price had suddenly gone up by $50. I told the second person that I had called and inquired and was told that the cost was $200 plus delivery. The second woman agreed to this price and took my credit card information, telling me it would be delivered later this week on Wed. or Thurs. Now several hours later, I'm called by yet a third woman who tells me that they are not honoring the initial quote. And in the next breath basically called me a liar because she didn't know who would have quoted that price. She was rude and nasty. The funny part is the notes are sitting here on my desk in front of me - what I was told initially, and then the bit about the beetles from the message. Lovell's get your act together. Your customer service is horrible as is the woman who basically called me a liar. You can be sure I'll drive by every time I have the urge to stop when I pass by. You've lost a customer and I hope more who read this review.

Great place to shop around. They have greenhouses and Accents for gifts. Not cheap but you're paying for quality and service.

No one can come close to the variety and quality of their products. Their employees are extremely knowledgeable. I almost given up on a project I was working on when I stopped at Lovell's. I was immediately greeted by an associate who, not only knew what I was talking about, but brought me right to where it was on their lot! He took the time to explain some tricks about caring for it and for planting it, and then, brought it out to my car and loaded it up for me... all with a smile on his face! And they say customer service is dead! Not at Lovell's! I am so happy with my purchase that I am planning another trip this weekend!

One stop shop for all of your natural Christmas decorating needs. My husband and I love coming here. The staff are positive and helpful, the greens are great quality and competitively priced. Parking lot can get crowded- make sure you pay attention to the one-way traffic coming off of 109.
