They do not deliver at the agreed time. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother's birthday to be delivered between 5 and 6 pm and at 7:30 when I phoned to hear my order, the bouquet had not even been made and they did not call me to tell me about the delay. I paid $108 for a bouquet and I am immensely upset with the service of that florist.

The mothers day arrangements were beautiful and my ladies love them! The driver was very courteous as well. Happened to be on my way over when he called me to say he was getting no response from the house. He left the arrangements in a good spot for us and everything worked out great! Been going to Kokee since my days working at Starbucks next door in Andover and I am super happy to see the online delivery and new locations!

I had selected a seasonal blend of flowers, leaving the selection to the Kokee Flowers team. They did a great job and the flowers were awesome. Everything looks fresh and well cared for and they were delivered promptly. Highly recommend them for any floral needs!

I ordered flowers for my wife; she was out of town for her birthday for the first time in years so I had to send her birthday wishes long-distance. Everything came into place but I realized that morning I had forgotten to order flowers. I searched for a florist in Andover, MA. Every florist I called in the area were closed on Mondays or had their voicemail on. But Yasmin from Kokee Flowers answered the phone promptly and, upon short notice and within a few hours of my call, made this beautiful arrangement for a very reasonable price and delivered it for a small fee directly to my relatives where my wife was staying. Kudos to Yasmin. A great and welcome surprise for my wife.

Ordered flowers for Phillips Academy student at noon on Friday. She was not notified of the deliver until 8 minutes before they closed the mailroom for the weekend and did not receive them for three and a half days. Complained to Kokee and was told it was not their problem, it was a mailroom issue. Waste of fifty bucks. No satisfaction or attempt to make the situation right. Terrible customer service.

A pretty store selling pretty flowers, Kokee thrives on the nearby Phillips Academy's formal dances. The family owners are friendly and will help you find just the right arrangement, and their offerings are colorful and quite varied. That being said, the lines are a bit long and the flowers are a bit pricey. This is a nice shop if you're looking for a last-minute gift; just don't come at the last minute unless you're planning on being late.

Not recommended if you want your flowers delivered on the date you request! Ordered flowers for my wife's Milestone birthday and requested early day delivery. I had ordered the flowers weeks in advance. At 10pm that evening they still hadn't delivered them yet! They then called to say they were too busy & would deliver them another day?!!! Bad service! orders placed weeks in advance should have 1st priority especially when the customer paid for early day delivery. Won't be getting my business ever again

This is an excellent florist with outstanding customer service. Their flowers and selection are always top notch. Jasmine went out of her way to deliver Valentine's Day flower's in the middle of a blizzard. They always call to be sure the flowers were exactly what we wanted. WOuld highly recommend.

Would not recommend. We met them at a wedding expo, had a very pleasant experience. But when we went to meet with them, our appointment was a bit disorganized and they never got back to us with a quote. We followed up for our quote (they stated we would have it in 2-4 days but we never got it) and each time we called as each week passed, they did not know who we were or what we were talking about and they were increasingly snippy. We finally spoke to the owner who stated brusquely they would get the quote to us that day. We never got it. They never followed up. That was 2 months ago. My partner and I cannot help but feel it was likely because we are a gay couple. Or maybe not, maybe they are just that unprofessional. Whatever the case, we were very disappointed.

Bought flowers from this florist for delivery for Valentine's day worst way to spend my money first they could not understand anything over the phone even when I thought they had it right they were delivered with incorrect spelling of my name then they could not find the address that was givin then when my wife finally got my gift they gave her the damn receipt like really what the hell horrible experience will never buy from this florist again

Spent a few hundred dollars to have flowers delivered on Mother's Day. Never delivered and didn't bother to call until late at night. When the flowers where finally delivered the next day, they were left outside in the cold! Almost $300 worth of flowers left outside in the cold on a Monday when people work all day. The presentation was horrible as well. Looks like they stuffed flowers in a vase. They clearly have no regard for their customers and their money. Customer service is horrible, lack of professionalism, disrespectful to customers. Don't order from them. You would be better off using 1800 flowers
