Absolutely terrible. This past friday i called to determine if kabloom could deliver flowers on sunday for mothers day. They insisted this was possible, however they could not guarantee a specific time due to the large number of deliveries on this day. Fair enough, so i decided to go ahead and order. On Saturday, KaBloom called to get my credit card details again as they had not taken the correct details (thus ruining the surprise with my wife/sons mom present). This took about 10 mins as the girl on the phone had problems writing down a series of numbers. On Sunday, I called at 6pm since no flowers arrived. After 5 mins on hold, they transferred my call immediately to a third-party delivery company whose phone lines were inactive on sunday. I called again and someone took my details and insisted they would call me back with an answer re the missing flowers. 10.15pm: no flowers and no phone call. ...never again.

Do not order from this retailer!! I received flowers yesterday and they were NOT in water (they advertise "sealed in water"), the stems were dried out and roses had dried out petals with some petals browning and falling off. Also the vase it came with was way too small, I would've had to cut at least 8" off the stems for the vase to work. When I called customer service the phone lines were malfunctioning and I could here another conversation with a different representative over my conversation so it was difficult communicating. Very poor professionalism, I find it hard to believe how this company remains in business.

I ordered flowers through Amazon based on the picture. My mom called and told me to get my money back. There were no flowers. They were all buds. Over the past week very few opened and those did not open all the way. It is sad that this happened as a child who lives far away I depend on florists to do a good job for me.

My partner received Roses for Mother's Day via UPS, they were obviously wilted when we opened the package, they were secured with a heavy gauge cable tie which was not easy to cut to get the flowers. The roses never opened up and eventually turned brown. Think about it , not every recipient is going to say that the gift of flowers they received was disappointing or even worse. You have keep flowers in a temperature controlled environment and KaBloom doesn't do that. It is most unfortunate that more people don't read the Google reviews before buying from this outfit. I don't think the Amazon reviews would be relevant because it would'nt be the person getting the flowers doing the reviewing. Can you post a review on Amazon if you were not the one who bought the product or service ? Buy from a florist where the flowers are going to be delivered. Look at the reviews here. You are apt to have better luck.

Order for Delivery on Valentines Day and at 9 PM received notice of delay in shipment. Requested full refund but now we have No Flowers on Valentines Day! Your service stinks! Never again.

If you are a vendor of Kabloom's do not give them terms. They got set up on terms and racked up thousands of dollars of invoices and then ghosted my company. This probably says a lot about how they conduct business as a whole.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. The promised "same day delivery" still has not happened, and it is 4 days later. I NEVER received any communication stating that the flowers could not be delivered on the day I ordered. I found out because I called the recipient to find out if they arrived for her birthday. I contact Kabloom and they assured me that they would be delivered on the following day. I received a phone call well after business hours from Kabloom saying that they were still not delivered. By day 4, I gave up and canceled the order. I specially checked the box on the order stating that it was acceptable to me if the florist substituted the ones I ordered with one of similar value and quality. When I first called to find out why they weren't delivered, I was told that the flowers were unavailable, but for an additional $30, I could have the flowers delivered. The flowers were never delivered, but the payment was certainly processed quickly! It has been a completely unprofessional and frustrating experience. A complete waste of time and money. Now I know that I should just call a local florist directly.

I made the mistake of ordering a bunch of different things for Mother's Day from Kabloom. Every single order was wrong, not to mention half of them were dying. I ordered orchids and the person received 4 red roses and 2 broken tulips! Another person was supposed to get a variety of flowers that were yellow. They received 6 white roses. I am so embarassed by the turn out that I will never order from this company again. I am guessing they ran out of the flowers due to the high volume but I think the people at the warehouse just threw what they had together and hoped nobody would complain. This is unacceptable. Save yourself the aggravation and go to a different company.

I received my flowers broken and dead on Mother's day! I called omg I got Tara as a rep. She is the rudest my obnoxious person. I explained to her and this gentleman who didn't understand English well. That my flowers had arrived dead and no water to be seen anywhere. These flowers were broken and the roses came with NO pedals. Tara said they would resend and have it on Wednesday! Called back Wednesday no flowers. Tara what do you care its after mothers day. We only said that so you would not bugs us on Mother's day. Seriously . Told my daughter to get a full refund. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY RUDE AND DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH! Posted pictures of the disaster your company sent me on Mother's Day...shame on your company!

Wonderful florist, staffed by some invaluable people. Huge shoutout to Liz for coming through for an intricate part of surprising the love of my life. All I asked from her was the bouquet be "amazing and mind blowing!" The bouquet was that and more, a vibrant and lively assortment. Then having them delivered to Hops & Scotch on time, they were there when I arrived. Coming from out of town, I'll admit I was a bit nervous, but Liz followed via phone and confirmed my order and the delivery time. This is what it is all about, serving the client like you want to be serviced when you are the customer. My future wife LOVES the bouquet! Thank you so much!

Very sad looking flowers. Tulips were broken and yellow leaves. Irises are completely wilted. Sunflowers look sad, will have to see if they come back.

The flowers were exceptional! So pretty and delivered on time although I ordered these through an independent online site and they never sent me delivery confirmation. I had no idea if the flowers had been delivered and it was for a funeral. They were however, delivered on time and the arrangement was one of the prettiest I've ever seen! Thank you.

Ordered flowers off Amazon from Kabloom and they were delivered without the card and a name. Also 25 of the flowers were broken off the stem and looked nothing like what was ordered.

The roses arrived very wilted and not in water as stated. The roses did not look anything like the picture. They are small and not large. Not enough greenery on the stems either to fill in to make a descent arrangement. Very disappointed.

I live in DC and use the Kabloom store in Brookline all the time to send flowers to my family in Boston. They are amazing and their prices are great! I asked them to send an arrangement for my parents 48th wedding anniversary and gave guidance to make it pretty and "wedding-y". My mom just called, choked up about how gorgeous the flower arrangement is. Also Kabloom created the arrangement and delivered it within an hour and a half. That is great, great service! Thank you!!! My husband ordered me flowers for mother's day more than a week before. They not only did not deliver it, They CANCELLED THE ORDER! Then, the customer rep stated they would send a complimentary bouquet as we were both upset and it not only has not arrived, they lied more than once This is the most disreputable flower delivery service I have ever seen.

Our experience at KaBloom Flowers has been both professional, beautiful and fun all at the same time. Sonya and I purchase flowers each month for Timothy Baptist Church "Friends and Family Day" which is held during 11AM morning worship every 2nd Sunday of the month. Over the past two years have been to many florists, stores and other vendors and have never been treated with the dignity and respect that we have at KaBloom. We operate from donations and had very, VERY, low monies last month. The customer service received from Ella was excellent. She designed beautiful arrangements for six church windows and a large beautiful Rose Bouquet for the Pastor's pulpit. It was also a teaching experience for us on how to prepare arrangements so that they would remain fresh at least long enough to reach the sick and shut in, visitors or members home. GUESS WHAT? The flowers ended up lasting for three and some four weeks! Whoop, whoop..We highly recommend purchasing your next floral arrangement or other related items from Ella at KaBloom.

Ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. The day before they were due to be delivered I received a phone call from Kabloom stating that UPS didn't deliver to that zip code and that my order would be canceled. My parents have lived at the same address for 40 years and receive UPS packages all the time, so I called trying to sort it out, thinking maybe there was a typo for the zip code. After waiting on hold for some time I was told that there were "three other customers there" and that they "would have to call me back." I never got a call back. Horrible customer service. Now I'm left wondering if I'm ever going to get my refund....and my mom won't be getting any flowers on her birthday. I won't be using Kabloom again. UPDATE: It's been four weeks since my original post and still no sign of my refund! I've called and emailed them...I'm going to give them one more chance and then will be bringing my complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

Visited on a weekend to ask about basic care for a dying plant, all three employees said proudly that they know nothing about plants and that I should google it. They seemed annoyed that I assumed that employees at a floral shop would know something about plants.

Very positive experience. Called to have flowers delivered. Salesperson (Rebecca) was super polite and friendly. They did not have the flowers I was interested in but offered to put something together based on my input. Delivery was timely and the person I sent them to said they were beautiful.

I stop by Kabloom in Brookline every couple of weeks for a little pick-me-up and for darling gifts. Alan is a floral genius—always putting together the most delightful bouquets. His passion for his work shines through in the lovely designs and his careful instruction. (I have a bonsai and some herbs thriving on a city window sill thanks to his guidance!) The shop is beautiful, with the highest quality flowers and plants around. I have also shipped bouquets, which arrive in impeccable condition. Wonderful people, products, and customer care!

I ordered flowers for Mother's day to be delivered Friday (since Saturday or Sunday delivery was unavailable). I got confirmation that they were shipped. But, when they didn't show up on Friday, I checked the UPS tracking information and it was never shipped! I contacted them via email, 800#, 617#, with zero response. Their answering machine doesn't even state the business name! I'm guessing they are on their way out. What happened? Go to Winston's if you're local! NOT KABLOOM!

My wonderful husband ordered me flowers for Valentine's Day expecting them to arrive fresh and beautiful. Not only did the ride on a truck from 6:15 in the morning until 4:15 when they were delivered but there was absolutely no water balloon as promised or even a sponge to keep them fresh and moist. Extremely disappointing and sad.

I called on short notice to get 13 dozen roses for a wedding and they were life savers. Not only did I get the beautiful flowers but I got some ideas from Allan who took his time to really make the experience even better. We are going to be coming back to this location for all our events. I highly recommend this location .

UPDATE 6/12/2018: I've changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. Shortly after my review posted, KaBloom Customer Service contacted me to replace the order. Today, my mom received one dozen roses, they are alive and beautiful (picture attached). The effort to correct my order goes a long way. I ordered 30 yellow tulips via Amazon for Mother's Day. My mom received 10 DEAD multi colored tulips. Amazon immediately refunded me, but I strongly urge you to shop a local florist in your area of delivery. The first photo was taken right at delivery, the second after a night in fresh water. I am so angry, how could any florist imagine this would be acceptable?

I spoke with Ella today at KaBloom regarding doing a Martha's Vineyard/Nantucket type of floral arrangment for my 26 year old daughter's birthday. She knew exactly what I wanted intuitively and took care of immediately and effortlessly! I had called Albert's Florist in Brookline and they could not answer my questions on Hydrangeas with their 24 hour answering service, a simple question- and did not call me back within an hour- and I had called at 10 am- for a delivery within the day. I was very disappointed. I called back 2 x with Albert's Florist a "family owned business" in Brookline - SO NOT!! And kept getting their 24 hour answering service with no response on my requests of a a floral arrangement. But KaBloom's , Ella, real person, took care of RIGHT AWAY, with one call and knew EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. I was very satisfied with the service and cost of the arrangement and the time of the delivery for my daughter's birthday. I would HIGHLY RECOMMENT KaBloom in Brookline, MA florist. To anyone looking for a florist in Brookline, look no further- check out KaBloom. I called back to ensure the delivery was to be delivered by the time it was to be by the time it was to be delivered and spoke to Ella again and she said she was texting me the photo of the arrangement! A PLUS- what great service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND a 5 STAR of KABLOOM! THANK YOU!

Be cautious when ordering their online flowers through Amazon. A bouquet I ordered a week in advance for Mother's Day arrived one day later than what I paid for and the flowers were mostly wilted, petals had fallen off and the flowers were not sealed in water as advertised. One of the staff members wasn't supportive over the phone about the issue and basically said during busy seasons/holiday's they can't guarantee the bouquets are all sealed in water. Amazon gave me a full refund immediately and someone from KaBloom reached out to resolve the issue and offered to send another bouquet to my Mom. I raised my review to 2 stars because the company reached out to remedy the situation and were very apologetic about this one particular staff member. Hopefully it was just an isolated event and I'm sure this place is great if you stop by in person.
