The balloons were delivered all twisted and the delivery person took a couple of minutes to untangle them. Less than 24 hours, the balloons were deflated. This is pathetic. Emailed the company two weeks ago, no response.

The Holland’s are a class act - how else could you give the one you love something perfect, unless it was made by those who understand it. They aim to please, and their medium are flowers. If you need some then there isn’t anywhere else you need to look.

I ordered flowers and spent a fair some of money for a family member's service. I specifically picked this arrangement due to colors, presentation and uniqueness and especially as my aunt was a gardener!. The flowers that were actually sent to the funeral home were in my eyes not acceptable. NOTHING at all like what we ordered, ho hum, funeral nothing. This was not at all what we ordered. I called, left a message. I emailed three times and NO Response at all. I was so upset at the flowers, I took our name OFF The arrangement. I would STRONGLY NOT recommend this florist

Holland's did our floral centerpieces and bouquets for our wedding and they were amazing. We are local Haverhill residents but we got married in York, ME. We walked into Hollands two weeks before the wedding. Kathy was so helpful. She guided us through some options with the vague idea we had for flowers and created an amazing looking arrangement of flowers. She also helped us out with pickup and keeping flowers hydrated and at the right temperature for a friend to pick them up and deliver. Kathy and her team could not have been more helpful and excited for my wife and I. We are loyal Hollands customers and they came up huge for us again. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend this flower shop if you are seeking kind, professional and talented staff to arrange your purchase!!!! No matter what the occasion, they offer the best selection of flowers at an affordable price. The staff are completely knowledgeable about the different types of flowers and can take your vision and create the arrangements, bouquets, etc. and bring to life!!! I am a 34 year old, North Andover native who has been going to Holland's Flower's since I was a little girl. Although my HUGE family resides in North Andover, I now at live at the cape... I can always count on Holland's Flower's to create whatever I request (or in my case they create after I tell the occasion and somewhat idea of occasion/person) and even deliver. They strive to accommodate and satisfy! I'm truly impressed with their customer service as well as talent!!! Thank you Holland's Flower's!!!!
